Well I will furnish all of my proof below and if any one wants direct screen shots of any of this messages to prove they are not me making this up. Let me provide the back story. I use AC Reptiles facebook Auction site my girlfriends son see a Blood Python (supposedly het for red albino). I tell Orion (her son) if he wants it he has to use his own allowance for the month to buy it. After getting his funds together he had $135.00. So I said I will ask but I doubt he will take it. So I made the offer and Anythony graciously accepted it. I immedaitely made my payment and about 2 weeks later the snake was shipped. Which is fine the weather was bad so I was happy to hold off. I asked that he provide documentation and also asked what he ate. All he sent back was "mice he could move to rats now I just haven't bothered". Again no problem. Snake comes in, in full shed, and of course no genetic paperwork.
Move snake to its new cage and within 4 days he has a perfect shed which tells me my temp/humidity was perfect. (Also I would never personally have shipped a snake about to shed.) So we make an attempt to feed a f/t mouse on day 6. Snake has no interest at all and at this point I told Orion he was not to handle the snake until after he shed and had a meal in him. (He still hasn't been able to hold him.) In the mean time I bid on a female crested he had up for sale. And on the 11th had also resent an email asking if the snake ate live or f/t and again asked to furnish something in writing or even pics of parents to prove the het status of this snake.
I won the auction for 103.00 plus 39.00 shipping and I either never got or overlooked the the fb notification stating I won the auction. Then his assistant John emailed me letting me know I won the auction. No problem! Great! Was a great deal so I went and paid, and then asked on facebook because Anthony hadn't been responding to my email or facebook message on his page saying. "Anthony I made my payment and also snake stilll isn't eating and didn't get any documents on het status of this snake". Which was promptly deleted and FINALLY almost 3 weeks after receiving the snake got a message which I found to be kind of blunt/rude, and assumptive. He didn't seem to have stood behind the animal at all. I will post our entire conversation below. I did end up getting quite mad but this was well after he bashed me over and over again.
He has now posted all over facebook about giving out my personal home address and phone number for thousands of people to see. I have reported this to facebook and also working with paypal to get my funds back. I also put in reversal of funds from my bank so they are investigating but have already requested my fund be put back in the mean time that he claims he never received. He also kept asking for paypal info which I gave him numerous times as you will see in the email and he just kept saying I'm waiting for the proof and cotinued to talk negatively. His responses seemed like that of a short tempered drunk through all hours of the night. He was continuing to send emails to my phone until 4AM EST! The emails go in back order so you will have to scroll to the bottom of the post to see the first emails and work your way up....
Eh, too late….already blasted you on Facebook. I made sure to list your address and phone number too, so there's no mistaking which John Moore is the loser I'm talking about.

You are barking up the wrong tree if you think I don't see through ALL of your bullshit. You're a joker, plain and simple - the kind of joker who asks for a discount, uses a kid as an excuse, and then pulls this kind of shit. The kind of loser who hangs out on Fauna, actually. All this nonsense was your pathetic attempt at not being banned for welching on an auction…I can't even begin to imagine why anyone would behave like that instead of being a man and admitting you messed up.
The REALITY here is that you've wasted HOURS of my time with your lying bullshit...and now you actually have the nerve to accuse ME of backing out of the auction. You seriously think anyone would believe that my website, my email, and Facebook all had glitches with you being the ONLY customer that happened to? And you think it's reasonable to believe you can't come up with a PayPal Transaction ID? Seriously - you don't see how stupid that sounds?
The only thing I don't know is if you believe I'm that stupid, or if you're just dull-witted enough to think your story makes sense. lol
As far as your fauna talk goes, now I know you've been reading there and it all makes sense where you're coming up with this crap. I had some major trouble with email YEARS ago. That hasn't happened in a long time, and quite frankly, you're scum for even playing that card. Your stupid ass threats, and your bullshit story, doesn't scare me...because I KNOW I didn't do anything wrong, and I would honestly love to hash this out publicly and show everyone what kind of man you are.
The bottom line is this; I'm a man of my word, my staff kicks ass, we stand behind the extremely healthy animals that we sell, and we're one of the best in the world at what we do. We sell THOUSANDS of animals a year, and I have NEVER ripped anyone off. Nor have I ever had anyone make payment that I couldn't find record of. I'll be the first to tell you that I suck at a lot of things, but being a reptile breeder and keeping customers coming back is what I do, and I do it damn well. That's why I've been in business all this time, that's why my business is KICKING ASS...and that's why I can get away with being an asshole to jokers like you. Hi John,
I saw your message in our auction. (which he deleted and makes it look like I have never contacted him I will post this message) This is the only email I have ever received from you. You won an auction that we have not received payment on, and it's been a full week with no communication, so - unless there's something I'm missing - we will have to ban you from participating in future auctions.
The blood is eating live mice…in fact, he ate the first time I offered and has never refused, so unless he's in too big of a cage or the setup is otherwise wrong, you should have no trouble feeding him.

He was going into shed so that may have been the origional issue. I have proof the payment went through after your reminder. But I have sent numerous messages and my cage set up is fine humidity and temp gradients perfect. The shed may have been the origional reason but you never told me live or f/t when I initially asked so I wasted a f/t and then spent money on a live. I will be disputing my crested payment with my bank tomorrow as I feel I was ignored and I posted that msg on your fb Monday and I'm just getting my first response now. I have purchased from you since your inception my original harlequins were from you. And your response wasn't exactly friendly or seemingly sticking by your animals which is not what I expected from you.

Hi John,
I saw your message in our auction.
