    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ending This Rediculous Business Transaction.....

This goes out to Matt, and all of the others that are putting in there two cents.

I also spoke to my c.c.company and they said that Matt can file for a reversal at any time he wants. That does not mean he will get. They will reveiw the case and make a dicision. It will probably take 3-4 or more is what they told me.

I already told Matt and everyone else that is so concerned that he would be guaranteed his money with in 30 days either way. So none of this is going to matter with c.c company or courts. That is even if he wins. The onlything for can fight for with the c.c company is the original $1,500. because the other money was paid by check. So by the time you waste all of your time you will already have the FULL $2,600. 00 like I told you. You really make no sense.

I have had enough of this rediculous B.S. and want everyone to know that I honestly feel like this BOI is the most rediculous place to dispute a business transaction. It obviously works, but not nessessarily to the person who deserves it.

The only reason I was stickiing to my guns is because Matt and I spoke about the shipping delay and he was fine with it. Just like I was fine with waiting 60 days for my full payment. This is something that nobody is grasping. Andhe never leftme a message about going to the BOI, that I even had time to respond to....So that is more BS. So please try to understand my stuborness in the situation.

ASK YOUR SELF ONE QUESTION...... If you were in my shoes and Matt told you that there would be no problem with the shipping delay would you have thought that you would be on the BOI in this unfair mess. That is all I ask of you. Think about that in a mature way.


Now I will begin to explain how I am going to resolve this entire mess. I will take the bullet, no because I am wrong in the situation, becuase I have had enough of this BS. There are more people making comments about the situation than I have ever imagined. They really dont even know the full business transaction to be getting involved, but obviously they have the time to and feel it be nessassary.

Matt , you can thank all the SHARKS out there on this BOI for getting your back for you, instead of you waiting until the animal has sold.

I have already spoken to my c.c company and they have instructed me not to mail you a check for the $2,600. I have to refund your c.c $1,500. and then mail you a check for the balance of $1,100. They had told me that if I mail you a check for the full amount, you could still request a reversal and possibly get another $1,500. if you win the dispute. So I will refund your c.c monday and mail out a business check to you monday as well. Please email me your c.c. information or call me with it and I will begin the process. I will also need you to email me an address where you would like me to mail your check.

I hope that you will finally be happy. If you are not, I will issue you another $2,000. credit on any animal that you might be interested in next year. I am doing this to show the people out there that Millennium Morphs was not doing this for any financial reason or anything else people have come up with out there, but to prove a major point. I honestly felt right about the situation and did not want to bend after you brought it to the BOI. I felt it was a cowardly move on your, and that you should have never told me not to worry about the delay on shipping. You should have be upfront with me and told me that it was NOT ok to delay shipping. It would have made things alot easier. Instead you have attacked me on the BOI and have told a story leaving out the MOST IMPORTANT part.

So just to make things CLEAR.

I was never given the chance to not be okay with shipping. I emailed you about shipping, you responded with a very blunt email saying, I'm busy I'll ship after daytona. Then I didn't hear from you for another month! It is BS that I agreed to anything.
Also, why can't you refund the $1500 to my CC today? Why wait till Monday? Is it because you don't have the money? Also, why can't you send out the remaining money today? You can send it out Monday if you want, but I'm filing the papers for fraud by the end of today. I suggest you move it up to today.
Believe me, I will not take you up on that $2000 credit, because it will just end up costing me another half day's pay for an animal that I won't receive. I highly doubt anyone who read this thread will take you up on the discount either. You will be losing a lot more than $500 or $1000 per person, you will be losing all of their business.
Please explain why you have to wait until Monday before I file the papers.

You were not crucified here because of the actual events of the deal, which did not speak well for your business ethics, but rather your contradictory appeals for everyone to understand and see as you do. Its unfortunate to see someone take their years of creating hard-earned goodwill, and then tie themselves to the mast of a position that is a magnanimous sinking ship, with some of the leakiest logic ever seen in this forum, and go down with it. And call it honor !! If ever a situation begged for a do-over on your part, this would qualify.

You should try to sell that $2000 credit. There may be someone who would be willing to pay some money for it. I read his post and nowhere does it say the credit is NON-TRANSFERRABLE. I'm sure Adam would not want to change his terms after the fact.

I would have thought you would be thrilled about getting your refund within the next few days. And a $2000.00 credit on top of it. I know you probably won't accept it but still it seems to me to be a more than fair offer.

You get your $2600.00 back and the deal is finally over. It now seems as if you are the one wanting to prolong it. I don't know why you want to do so but.......... You may just find the legal system may cost you more than what it's worth.

Please do not make comments about my financial position. Money is not the issue. I have said that in the past and have proved it with my offer. To those who do not beleive it that is ok....

And to those who have said that I have a new store and might be drained.

Let me comment on that. My pet store is expensive to run, but the draining part is over. The store in now almost a year old and turning a profit. So the pet store would only be a help. Not hurting me financially.

My sports photography company has been in business for ever and there is more profit in that than my reptile company.

And as far as Millennium Morphs goes, we are doing just fine.
Millennium Morphs has notliquidated our high end boas like someone had commented earlier, we has just sold some animal to make room for the ones we are raising up. So to some we have liquidated but the truth is we have grown too much to handle the old stock.

This is why this board is hard to come on to and prove a point. Because everyone like to assume and never listen. People need to focus on there own problems and not worry about everyone elses business as much. To those who were responding last night at 3,4,and 5 in the morning. Couldnt you have found something better to do with your time instead of palying on the BOI. It seems strange to me but what do I know I am just a scam artist who like to rip people off.

Please lets let it rest and move on....

Gonna have to disagree with you, Rebel Dragons. Matt has heard the same song and dance all along from Adam. If Adam makes good on his word, which seems to have been retracted already, then I am sure that Matt will call off the procedures, which would no longer have any merit anyway. But until he gets more than the hollow promise of a man whose track record is so demonstrably poor regrading this matter, he should pursue all means of collection, IMHO.
 
You are correct, unless he is using someone elses

machine. If that is the case, then he is using someones terminal and that can be a big problem for him as well as the terminal provider. (possibly a friend) Or he does not have the funds to cover the debit from his account.

In either case, he seems to delay everything that favors someone else, and that is a lousy way to do business. So I would continue your course of action and when you get paid, you can always stop it. Until then I would not rely on his word. He seems to talk in future terms.

It doesn't MATTER if Matt is in a financial jam. It's his money. It DOES matter if Adam's in a financial jam, since that's who the refund is coming from.

Adam, it's obvious Matt is tired of waiting. Even another day. If you have the time to monitor this thread today, and you have the funds, Matt's right, what's the delay of issuing a credit and company check today? He's got no reason to believe that you will do everything Monday (remember that lost work day?)... If he was prepared to issue his complaints today, you should react TODAY. Just my opinion.
 
Ok Adam, I have reconsidered and I will wait until Monday evening to file the paperwork. If no money by Monday, then no second, third, or fourth chances. The $1500 is already in dispute, but if you credit back my card, it will be dropped.
