Personally I dont believe there was an albino ball python from NERD that died. I think this was all made up garbage meant to strong arm Kevin into free animals.

Now with this we have found that Derek holds absolutly no credibilty as he sat back for over a year watched Adam lie about the whole situation and even came here as recent as two weeks ago and backed up Adams lies.

Then when Derek killed the animal the whole thread was nothing more the an elborate set by the both of them. NERD has a very good reputation within this buisness. So if they could make it appear as though the animal came from NERD and it was somehow Kevins fault it died,they could strong arm Kevin into giving them something to replace the animal.

They were more likely to get a larger amount of return from someone like Kevin then if they went after a hobbyist. Also looking down the road if the replacement was from Kevin(NERD) it would have a higher resale value for the animal itsself and any offsrping it produced.

I have been wondering what will be the outcome if you guys actually decide that you have heard the God's honest truth from us. Here is my guess as to what will happen when this is all over:

Jason will go on posting in just about every "possible scam" thread and if Adam or I decide to do the same, he will bring this entire thread up and distact from the actual subject of the thread just to have someone to argue with and belittle since this is his M.O.

Ritchie will retire after solveing the big case only to return every so often to post links to Adam's wife's picture on some obscure porn site.

Wes will still be lifting heavy things.

Adam will have moved again and opened up a sipper tube emporium next door to Neil Gubitz's shop in Tampa. His collection will be down to one snake. The male albino ball from Brian B. that only eats twice a year. It seems like a good investment having a $2000 snake that costs $3.00 a year to feed. He will be collecting royalties from the $$$ his wife's picture generates on the web, unbeknownst to Mr. Luna.

I will still be ripping people off on the internet and covering up everyone's lies. I will still be at the pet store and still making $8.00/hr. I will have over 11,000 posts to my credit on the BOI, with 10,000 of them being "LOL!". Deep in the recesses of my mind I will remember something that someone typed oh so long ago, "I am left wondering is Derek a real person? ".

Well, I speak of the South as in the "Dirty South", like NC, SC, GA, MS and AL. The South is just fine for many things but not the ideal spot for wages, schools and things mainly relating to raising a healthy happy family.

Columbia was just a good spot to go on this coast and we thought another move was going to end up taking place.

We've decided to buy a house in Cocoa Beach for the summers and go back to our house in AZ for the winters.

My wife and I grew up in WI so the cold is not an option for us. It's just picking the least of all evils.

1) Sell the dead animal on the net, when it get's there dead say it died in shipping and they're out of luck?

Hell, we could have told BHB his animal died.

3) Bought another albino from NERD or whomever and when it got there say it died and get a refund.

And as you can see we did not learn the truth of where the animal stayed until he posted it.

SO

1. Give Adam a call and be caught up and take part of his scam to steal from all the big breeders (Highly unlikely)

2. Give Adam a call and he will sound so nice that they just let him go and not expose the truth. (Highly Unlikely)

3. Give Adam a call and you still won't get the truth.

Well you seemed decent so I ordered them, big mistake on my part for being lazy. And of course we all know the rest of the story. Upon purchase was their receipts collected to prove where each animal came from? How long did it take to transport them home? Once home how were they set up(cage, temps, hides etc)? Whom was the first person they resided with and how long did they reside with this person? What date did they leave that person house and where did they go? Derek lets start these ok? I wont pull any qoutes or badger ya about the nonsense in the other thread well just start there and get the time line for the first month or so laid out. Fair enough? This way you tell your side of the story.

Since this thread has gotten so mangles with quotes derived from various other threads, and the whole question originally addressed here concerning Adam being allowed to stay active here on the BOI is now moot, I would vote for this thread to be locked down.

Other threads could be started addressing each of the issues regarding Derek and Adam's involvement in the issues raised here. However, without all of the background noise that this thread has accumulated, I think those issues would be much more clearly defined.

Riiiiight, well you know, going 6 weeks at a time without feeding your snakes isn't too good for a reputation either.

My present customers and friends have my real number.
I make ALL my deals through e-mails so it is in print. I have only made a couple of exceptions. And they got the discussion e-mailed to them after the phone call for verification.

1) I will lay out every detail of the transaction.

2) I will post the names of each and every person that has told me about dead animals from Kevin. So it can be backed up by all.

3) I will post the full report including the name of the vet so it can be confirmed.

I only ask two simple things.

1) NERD comes in here and let's us know they still care and wish to clear their reputation. They must be willing to interact in the thread and answer questions about the transaction as I will.

2) The thread this is in will be a poll based thread and if NERD is found to be at fault they agree to the resolution with the highest number of votes. These options can be picked by the webslave or a non-baised party.

Given what you say Ritchie this will not be an issue and once they confirm they agree I'll get the facts and photos laid out as well as all parties to contact for confirmation of the other sick/dead animals.


THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN so you both know because NERD has far too many ghosts in the past to open this box. So you're wasting your time but if we're going to let the truth out it's going to be fair and not a witchhunt like you both want.
