....your statement of "To keep that quality I don't do reptile shows" basically states that whoever does shows does not have quality animals.  No assumptions made no nothing....we take those words at face value...we did not assume anything.

Let me give you an example and explain it further.
"To keep away from stupidity....I don't deal with 'hobbyists' "  <--that statement says to me and anyone with a brain, that hobbyists are stupid.
Just like
"I do not hire military because I would like to keep my companies inteligence level up"  <-- That statement says that military people are stupid

You told me that the reason you could not ship my wire, was because you live 30 miles from the post office, and you have kids, and you have lots of eggs in the incubator. You said you gave it to your mom to ship, and she did not ship it. Then you told me you would ship it to me the following Monday(which you did) but you needed my address again. Why would you not have the address on the package that you gave your mother? You avoided my e-mails till I threatened to air the problem here on the BOI. Then you answered sarcastically and said I could have my money back.
I can see people falling behind and making apologies , but I think you run your business very poorly and lie to cover up your own incompetance. You may not be a bad guy, but you need to get that chip off your shoulder if you want to deal with adults.

You probably don't realize this Adam, but you are now a joke.

It does, it's all far off the topic as it is.  It's been fun to see how off track this bored gets.

if you're going to post my fine print post the whole thing.  It applys in context but you wouldn't use it as such now would you.  The fine print is to keep people off my back when the weather is hot here.  There are times it 100 here and 40 where I'm shipping.  I don't have a cold pack that switches to hot half way through.  My interest is in the wellfair of the snakes and not the customers rush to get them.  I'm okay with pissed customers but I'm not okay with dead snakes.

You've all ducked and dodged everything I've said and won't fess up with an answer.  Can you for 100% fact tell a customer that a snake you sell at a show WILL NOT have mites?  Of course not!  Does that mean you have poor quality snakes?  Of course not!  Have you all taken offence to this?  Of course!  Why?  Because you know you can't offer the same thing that a breeder not doing shows can.  It's much easier to bash me then to admit it.  I'm okay with that.

I've yet too loose a snake in shipping.  I've never had as much as one mite in my collection.  I've never had a bad fecal or a snake die of anything other then old age.  If you can't say the same stop posting.  If you can help me learn how to do so while attending and selling at shows.  I'm always open.

If you also think this is getting old fast.  Email me with your issues as they're not meant for this board.  And why do you see the need to defend Rich?  He's a big boy, if I'm wrong he can stick up for himself.

When I finally sell at shows...........
I could for 100% fact tell my customers my snakes have no mites.
I have already formulated a plan to keep mites, ticks, flease and other cooties away from my collection while at shows.
Plus I have other defensive measures I could and would put into place to make sure the mites from next door vendors do not crawl over into my space....

   Do you have an obsession with mites that is ALL you talk about?  Yes, it is a very big concern to all herpers, but I think maybe you have had a hard time with them and that is why you are making such a fuss over them.

Can't testify about others comments but here's mine. I sent him money for hatchlings on Kingsnake on Fri and the remaining balance on Sat. Due to temps where he is (AZ) wasn't able to ship on Mon. He shipped them Tues. and they arrived today well packaged and all were alive. I did have some concerns when i saw this post about him and I had already sent money via paypal. I expressed this to him when i didn't get tracking info on sunday as stated. We talked for a minute on the phone Mon. about why they weren't shipped (see above for reason). I think communication is the key (hint hint lol) Adam, but overall i wasn't disappointed in the least and heck he helped keep my spoiled E. Indigo baby form going humgry. Thanx Adam and my appoligies for doubting you and hope you work out the original problem that started this thread. Thats my story and i'm sticking to it!!!!!!!!

Adam, I think your words of wisdom  belong in the thread about you. You spout off about people being impatient and not wanting to wait until the weather is ok to ship. Tell me how does that have anything to do with Kens sipper tubes or my wire??? You answered my emails promptly, you never told me you were too busy to ship my wire. When I told you I needed it right away, you could have said,"it may take a while" but you said nothing. I paypaled you the $$ for the wire and a week later, you could offer NO reason why I did not have the wire, but you would check on it and let me know the following day. I waited 2 days to hear from you and nothing. It was not till I threatened to post here on the BOI that I got a response from you. You are just a lousy businessman and all you do is try to avert attention to other issues.

Hello again, October 5th and STILL NO SIPPER TUBES!! Adam it seems you have plenty of time to post and give advice but no time to correct your own mistakes. You say you rarely go to the post office but run a mail order business. You said Fed-ex picks up at your place(sounds like that could be a solution)
It has been at least a month since you received my money order and you still have not had time to ship but I will bet you had time to cash my money order.
Today people expect, Wal-Mart prices, Sax 5th quality and the service you get when you blow a million in Vegas.
Maybe I was wrong to expect service like this from you but this is the kind of service I have received from other people I have done business with such as: Evan Stahl, Casey Hulse, John Quinone, Joel ebarb and Rich Z. True I am not a big dollar customer but I am a customer and I deserve service. Action speak louder than words and all you do is talk. You said you were WRONG but have done nothing to correct the situation instead you choose to BASH the people on this board and the board itself. Even your buddy Derek resolved his situation you just talk. As for our deal the way I see it your glass is full and mine is empty!

Have you decided to steal Kens money because he had the nerve to question your integrity? Or are you just to lazy to give your customers the service they are entitled to? Or maybe both?
