    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I apologize if the explanation to this is super-obvious and I somehow completely spaced it ... I looked through the most recent threads in this forum but couldn't find anything.

What happened to the little "Ads" button that used to be at the bottom of a person's classified ad that let you see all of their ads? I used to use that button a lot, but it's been missing lately. :shrug01: Not a big deal, just curious if it's going to come back or if I should stop looking for it.

Huh, weird! It's next to the "Gallery" button where it usually is?

I'll look at my user CP and see if I turned it off somehow without realizing it ...

I don't believe there is an option to disable it's viewing. I know I didn't specify that in the programming for this modification.
 
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I believe ALL posts should be showing that "ADS" button in every post, so if you aren't seeing it, please let me know in this thread so I can let my programmer know.

Here's what it will look like in the lower right hand section of the post along with all the other buttons there...

This is a global template for the viewing of posts in a thread, so the button should show up everywhere on this site.
 
Whoop, I figured it out!

It's Chrome. The button appears when I try Firefox but not Chrome.

Sorry guys!! Guess I should've tried that before making a post about it :shootfoot But, at least now we know it doesn't seem to work with Chrome, for some reason (or maybe it's just Chrome plus my "special" computer ....)
 
It may be an ad blocker extension causing it if you have that feature turned on in your browser.
The AdBlocker Plus extension in Firefox blocks that button, apparently because it is named ads.gif.
