*Due to ethical and conservation reasons, ALL ANIMALS SOLD BY US ARE ONLY CAPTIVE BRED. We encourage reptile enthusiasts to do their part in wildlife conservation, by not supporting the sale of wild caught and wild imported animals.
*All reptiles are guaranteed healthy and alive for the first 72 hours after purchase. Amphibians are 24 hours. Any returned animal must be returned (dead or alive) or at-least photographic proof for those who are not local. Malicious wounds, burns, over-heating, freezing, or obvious signs of improper care will void a return.
*During winter shipping is heavily dependent on weather and shipping may be delayed until suitable conditions occur.
* Know your state and local laws! We will not support any unlawful activity
* No live arrive guarantee if temperatures are below 40 degrees F or above 85 degrees F, we wait until temperatures are within that range before we ship.
* No sales to anyone under the age of 18.
* All animals we sell can potentially bite or carry diseases. Washing hands after handling any animal is highly recommended and we do not take any responsibility for any harm caused by our animals. The buyer assumes all risk and should have done the proper research before purchasing the animal.
*All our animals are healthy are in a separate room from any new arrivals in our facility. However it's highly recommended to quarantine any new arrivals for at least 30 days.
