    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I really hate to do this but i need the money and room. This is an adult Quince Monitor i purchased from someone that didnt have it in the best of conditions. It escaped its cage and was burnt on its back. They took it to the vet and said it would not effect it in any way. It is completely scarred over and doesnt look too bad. She can be fast but tolerates handling. You will needs gloves cause her nails are very sharp. No tail whips or hissing. Very cool display animal. She is about 3.5 to 4 feet long. I have it in a 7 foot tall cage that is 4 feet wide and 3 feet deep. It feeds on fish, rats,ground turkey, raw turkey slabs... I will only let it go to ther right home. I was told it was actually a female but i know monitors are tricky. I am asking $600 + shipping OBO. I wold prefer local pick up if possible. I live in Northern Indiana. Thanks

I would love to take a beautiful tame monitor like that off yours hands, and really im over in illinois, not so far....but i just don't have the money to spring on a monitor these days. Best of luck with her hopefully she finds a good home.

Just curious is she very food motivated? I am a zookeeper at Scovill Zoo in Decatur illinois and I train monitors. I have and argus and savannah trained like a show dog. They target/stand up/station. This was only possible of course because they love to eat. Like I said just curious.

Pending... Awaiting payment

Logan- VERY food motivated... she will be hanging in her tree and if i walk in the room with rats she will come right up to the door... She is awesome. I really wish i could keep her but college decisions are forcing my sales.

yeah I understand that, I would have gone for it for sure but college does take a lot and im working and going to school so as of right now my herps are ones that don't require as much care and time. It is a beautiful monitor though. One day I may have to get a quince

Yeah he is one of the 2 lizards in my collection. i deal with snakes which are a lot easier and a monitor which is a little bit tougher. I hate to see her go.
