    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

All our imports get cleaned of ticks, we cannot see all the ticks on the animal so we recommend that you always quarantine any animal before you introduce it into your collection and HIGHLY recommend you use No-PEST STRIP, I've been using no pest strip for 25 + years and have NEVER EVER had a problem with it. In fact i still have my boas (heckle and jeckle) i got in 3rd grade, i'm 35 now. And I've used no pest strip to keep my collection safe from mites and ticks for years and never had an issue. I personally DO NOT like to give animals that are gravid any parasitic medication while gravid because of possible threats to the eggs and stressing her out. Stress on these animals causes them to have problems. My goal is to make sure your eggs hatch as to the best of my ability. Once they lay their eggs, then i feel it's the best time to give them any medication for parasites etc. But everyone has their own opinion I suppose. Sometimes females will have eggs that go bad, we all know not every female lays a viable clutch of eggs, thats just how the cookie crumbles. We DO guarantee she is gravid, I can't guarantee that she will lay all good eggs, I would have to be a psychic and unfortunately I'm not.
