Afircan Bullfrog Need Help Please

Hello everyone I just got this new guy here pet store said they had him for a couple months. They only fed him rodents which I’m not to happy about because I know they need other things in there diet. I’m trying to feed earthworms but he won’t take them he got one but spit it out any ideas on that? He defenitly are at the pet store because he had a big poop. Also need help determining sex I think male but the belly isn’t as yellow as I thought it should be for males. Thank you!!

That looks like a female.

You can feed her superworms,crickets. an occasional small rodent(small fuzzy).

It's important that you clean the poop out of the hole in the coco fiber where she spends most of her time.

You can also try feeding cooked sliced chicken breast,also peeled shrimp. you will have to wiggle this type of food in front of her face be careful she does not get your finger.
