Very cool! Only thing is, I can tell that the darker eyes came from lower incubation temps, you guys. If it had come from higher temps they would be red.
The same thing happens on the skin if a Tremper is cooled or incubated at a low temp.
Depends on the actual line, but typically below 83-86 dg, you will hatch darker Trempers with much darker eyes. Above these temps, you will hatch lighter colored albinos, with more red to the eyes. The RAPTORs, Blazings, etc, are no different in that respect. The
eyes can also darken, unfortunately.

But, I don't have many hatchlings this season yet, and so far I've only hatched one Tremper, which is a Blazing Blizzard. While I do have eggs incubating from my Tremper snake eyed blazing blizzard, they haven't hatched yet. This baby is the result of breeding my Las Vegas Blazing Blazzard to a Las Vegas albino het blizzard. There were 2 hatchlings, both were incubated for male at 90º. I have 2 other hatchlings from the same male but from a blizzard het albino female, and both of those have normal eyes. Why is it when I say stupid things it has to be so public?
