    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I thought I would update yawl’ on my 2 surprise albinos. They’re both males and looking great with every shed. Their heads keep getting more orange and I hope they keep developing more. The first is 20g and the second 22g. Now I’m just waiting for her next clutch to hatch. Should be soon!

They look very nice. Also some tang on the back legs.

Did you have two surprise hets that where breeding to get these two?

Thanks Austin! I actually bred a jungle tremper male to a tangerine female. My intent was to create tangerines het albino but these two gave me a head start. So somewhere along the lines the female carries the albino gene. I have two more of her eggs in the female incubator so I’m very anxious to see if they are albino.

Thanks Morgan! With the kind of a season I’ve been having I need all the luck I can get. ;)

nice!

Very nice surpise, Cody! If they are anything like mine they take awhile to develop their orange coloration, but when they do... WOW!

Thanks Xavier, Wendy, Marcia and Preston! :D

Marcia - that’s good to know that their color may develop more when they are older. I certainly hope it does. . . .

What a great suprise Cody! They look great! I can't wait to work with some albinos myself. I will have my fingers crossed for you on the other two eggs.

Fantastic Cody. Hope that next hatch turns out to be a few female albinos ;) Congrats!

Thanks Glenn and Chris! I certainly hope that the next clutch are albinos. That would make my year.
