    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

FYI we(moderators) just deleted this same ad on tortoiseforum.org. IP address pulled up as Cameroon and not Laurel,MD as stated. On the forum also stated location was Laurel,MD. So yeah. Maybe moderators here can check IP.
 
Yet another scammer, I emailed this newbie to Fauna Classifieds, that joined today..

His response in short "Send money to Africa, I'm on a mission".

IP for the current post matches location shown. His only other post on fauna is a response to ad "how much to ship to Canada". If you all feel it is a scam, post an inquiry or bad guy on the BOI, you can put a link back here. Otherwise, I would simply caution buyers to beware and ask for more info/references. This AD is not the place for this discussion to be taking place.

I don't know why nobody ever wants to take the few minutes to do that, April.
Easier, and more fun, to just fire off a quick comment, I guess. Nevermind that their "warning" can be deleted at the click of a button, and the ad replaced almost as easily.
Posting a BOI thread, like this:http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1824124#post1824124
is a permanent warning...and it leaves the information readily available to everybody for referencing later (like when a new ad shows up under a different name, but using the same email or phone number)
