I thank you Mike for informing me that balls can die AND rot within 24-36hrs.
I have since decided to spend a little MORE time with my tiny collection to see if I can make it that much better.

ok this is what i posted .

{3-My personal vet gave me a cocktail of different things to soak them in to make sure they drank it. Thats what you do with 100's of ball pythons that are CH. Flagyl, panacur etc ....i believe but ill get you more on that.)

But apparently you guys said i said other things that were different. Yeah my vet gave me something for THEM. Taking things out of context. And i believe but ill get you more on that, just like i said i would.

Tomorrow im gonna get you the exact dosage that each of the balls were given that were in fact given it. Does it say there that i gave every single one of them meds-no it says to make sure they drank it. nothing about i was giving anything to any of them. gave me a cocktail meant he gave them a cocktail which i thought it was OK? and it was given to me in the sense that it was given to my animals and i paid for it. But i wanted this to be posted before i opened my mouth again for you guys to harass me some more.

Please before you go calling me a scumbag which is not the fact at all learn to ask questions first and not jump to conclusions. I realize what the deal with these balls is and realize im not getting any money back. But you people really need to listen to what people are saying before blowing up on them.

As well as i understand that you guys are buddies with Alex and he has given you some nice stuff, but not in my case. Now there is still many more then were med that are still dying fast.

If you think that you're going to discredit me by you taking things out of context and posting things that are not true or are said differently that can screw things up pretty bad here. Alex's snake is totally fine and whether or not he sold it or not is not my problem, my problem is that i have animals dropping like flies.

One more thing about the things you guys were bringing up about a g/f posting on my computer and me posting for my freind. Is that the stuff you guys come up with to discredit someone? It's sad it really is. Find me something that says i snaked someone out of money or sent them dead stuff and i'll be impressed. Until then keep trying to dig something up ok. If you guys really want references just ask me and ill send them to your personal e-mail and you can have a call for yourself.

Before anyone asks anymore questions about how i was taking care of them let me assure you that i know how to take care of a ball python.

You cared for them so well that you didnt even know if the vet was administering the meds or you yourself were.

You cared for them so well that you soaked all of them in a "cocktail" of different things and KILLED THEM.

Alex did replace them for me (not all that died) but then those died before i even opened the box.

Before YOU opened the box in front of your roommate ?? or before YOUR ROOMMATE opened the box ??

I'm very serious about what i do and very serious about this business.

You keep telling me how professional you are and how you're a real businessmen because you take what you do very seriously.....you've proven to me how professional and what a real businessman you are.

I cant believe that I honestly was so devastated by this problem that I called numerous people asking for advice and how I should resolve this with you.
Right after this problem first arose, I talked to a friend of mine who flat out told me that any and all obligations I had were done the minute I hand delivered those babies and you accepted them, but instead of listening to him, I sent you 75 healthy babies.
And even after you told me the replacements I sent you were DOA, I still consulted with numerous people to see if there was anything else I could possibly do......even after they all told me not to do a damn thing.......I was still willing to give you cash value for the returned babies.......then you come here to the BOI and flat out LIE LIE LIE.

If anybody asks me about Mike Brooks or TNS Reptiles......you bet your butt that I'll make sure everyone knows what went on here.

Thank you Mike for taking extreme advantage of me. I can only hope that what comes around goes around.

Lie you think you've caught me in 1 lie about the meds? what else do you claim i lied about? because things arent typed the exact same way every single time i lie about them. Ok guy, enough of you. i lie, or you and your buddies seem to say i lied about meds. If these snakes were just dropping dead i would of lied told you i gave them nothing and tried to call and e-mail you until i heard from you instead of going public. One last thing, since you and everyone else beleives i killed them all by soaking them i still have a bunch left which were not given anything at all. SO what im going to do is GIVE them away to anyone who wants them. I'll give them away right in kingsnake, then whoever wants them if THEY can get them to live god bless them. Then we can get some real response on to what is REALLY going on with these snakes. I think that is the best thing i can do. I'll give hundreds away to anyone who wants them and thinks they can take care of them. And when they die you can tell them it was because of what they did or didnt do. I havent sold one of these because of their health since the beginning if someoe wants to give it a shot they can see for themselves. Some of them are still alive and look healthy, but that wont last very long. I'll give them away to people who think that it was the med then they can take the snake that has had no med and see how it does. And ill make sure they know what the deal is this way they dont have the animals near anything else of theirs so it doesnt get sick. Simple

Then you can ask yourself this. Why would a person who lied about all this stuff and animals give away all these snakes? Wouldnt i want to try to get my money back somehow? NOPE, to show everyone what the deal with these snakes is gonna be pay day in itself. And if you think i spent a fortune giving med to a bunch of sick snakes you must be out of your mind. Keep the axanthic, its a gorgeous snake i hope you sell it. I'll give everyone of those snakes away and take the loss knowing that I did nothing wrong to these snakes whatsoever and probably everyone will have died in the end. Instead of me being a SCUMBAG and trying to sell sick animals ill give them to people who think im just blowing smoke and they can try themselves.

And to top it off, I have a Axanthic male ball python which I never needed or wanted. I would've been better off with the healthy and alive babies I delivered to you because ....

They would all STILL be alive and in my care just like they had been for the week I had them prior to delivering them to you.

I would've made more on the babies then I ever will on this Axanthic with a total MAXIMUM RETAIL value of $5,000.00 if even that.

Had the money been my main concern from the get go......I sures the heck would not have sent you more babies or offered to give you cash value for the remaining babies you said you were sending back.

My total loss right now is 800 perfect alive and healthy babies which I had the bad luck of trading off to you, $180.00 for gas in order to drive them to you, $119.00 for the hotel room I stayed in on Friday night, and $100.00 for food through the weekend. Now tell me who made out in this deal ???????

I like him because he's honest and he always likes to make people who buy off him a freind which i like a lot. He is freindly with a lot of people and does the right thing so in my opinion and im sure many others Mike is a great guy. mike, have you ever dealt with large numbers of imports before or is this the first foray into it for you? Maybe you just didn't know any better than to medicate them? Perhaps you just made a rookie mistake and got too embarrassed to admit it?

I don't really think anything above is the truth but had you owned up to this mess in the first place it may have had some credibility.

And unless I missed someone elses post in which they called you a scumbag you are wrong about that too. I said you were scum because you have LIED MANY MANY times on this thread. I said it because instead of being honest with Alex, who I have never met nor done business with, you tried to get him to take back and return your money after you had to know they were over medicated. That was not cool, good, or nice at all.

At first I thought "Man this poor guy is really having a rough time of it," not thinking it was Alex's fault but that there was something on your end causing the problem, wondering if you were a first timer with this number of balls and if there was something lacking in your housing or something along those lines. It seems it's your character that has caused the problems. Or lack thereof more like. Was it arrogance or ignorance that caused all these babies to die?

I really had some, not much but a little, sympathy for you when you started this thread. So, maybe you should try this- take several of the dead babies to the vet for necropsies. Post a timeline the vet gives you for his examinations and any possible causes he may see right off. Post a copy of the reports on those babies as the vet gives it to you. If it turns out that you were the cause of the deaths, own up to it, eat some crow and move on. If it turns out that they really were bad, then you have something to deal with Alex about. Don't just tell us you'll do it tomorrow, post something from your vet showing that they are there to be examined- a reciept or letter from him or something with his address and phone number on it so it can be verified. And don't get your nickers in a twist over the need to prove you're doing it as you've been CAUGHT in several lies already and have VERY little credibility at the moment.

One last thing, you have referred to myself and several others here as Alex's buddies or boys or friends. You are wrong. I have never met any of the guys posting on this thread. I am NO ONES BOY, other than my mommy's and don't even THINK about talking bad about her. To be someones friend I need to meet them and get to know them, which I haven't done with the guys on this thread. I hope to one day and am looking forward to the opportunity to expand my list of friends when we do finally meet. I have posted here because I thought it was just a tad too unusual what was happening to you. It just didn't feel right to me. I used this board in the fashion for which it was concieved. To show the type of people we have out there.

You've got a long way to climb to get out of the hole you're in but you could do it by offering some verifiable proof that ANYTHING you have said is true. Your choice.

Also, if she was visiting and posting from your computer, why did she have to look at some of your posts to see some other animals of your collection? She could just bend over and look at them in your rack personally. What's happening? She felt uncomfortable to bend over while you were around, Mr. Brooks. And she recently spoke to you?
