In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Alexander Huang is a Snake Theif!

Ok, did I miss something? Why did Alex pick up the snakes in Florida rather than Az? It seems like it is a bit out of the way. Especially, when he has a project that he invested 5 years of his time in.

I was in AZ visiting friends and Brian happened to be there so we met up at Tom Crutchfeilds and he gave them to me then.

No such thing as a "Het Desert" if you are talking about Ball Pythons. It is either a Desert, or, if it is a Het, it is probably a Het Desert Ghost.

It sounds like someone bought some snakes that were sick and pawned them off on someone to breed for them, and they were way to young, and or small and sickly.

Dave

I don't know Bp genetics all that well, But I had no ghosts or deserts him .
The 143 gram male was the only one and he told he het desert... B

You honestly honestly think I like watching snakes die?
I have NO power to what happened..
Like I said Brian wouldn't help me and I didn't have money to take them.
And before any one says "Why didn't you take them to the vet and just give him the vet bill"
Well what happens when he doesn't pay for the bill or gets super pissed off I did it without him accepting..
He told me not to and that Batryl will fix everything, like I've said 3 times.

Alex, I do not know you but I have seen your type you had no power on what happened I Call B.S has the caretaker of those ball python you take responsibility for they're well being period. has for vet bills again they absolutely become your responsibility the death of those snake are on your hands. When you got the animals they showed sign of RI and being dehydrated but from what i see in this thread you didn't try to help these ball pythons all you can say "it was not in your power" Did you try preventive measures to slow the RI in your vain hope for the batryl to arrive?? So please try to be an adult accept responsibility for the deaths of those ball pythons.

Brian you are just as equally at fault for what happened to those ball pythons you should never have sent them out on loan knowing full well that they're health was in question. you just got rid of a problem with possible compensation for that breeding group. stop acting like you are completely innocent. just by allowing them to go to Alex sick makes an irresponsible owner and equally bad guy.

this post is not about karma this is my view of both parties. No matter the outcome to this e.g Brian gets his snake back and Alex gets his money They equally Bad Guys for they're lack of professional help for the ball pythons they are the true victims here. No matter what is the outcome both should not be trusted and should not be trusted by the reptile community

Sorry let me be more specific for those who do not understand.
These where not my animals.
The OP didn't want them to see a vet because of expenses.
I had no money for his animals.
I didn't know these animals would've come to me like this.
OBVIOUSLY I didn't just sit there and watch.
We obviously took precautions so the RI DIDN'T get worse
We force fed the animals after we noticed more weight loss.
We quarantined them.
We didn't attempt to breed them.
We didn't want them to die.
Should I go on? Or would you like me to keep going?
You're right, You don't know me and you don't "know" what my type is if you don't know me.
As soon as we found out they had a RI we grabbed the meds.

I don't understand how you could assume I didn't try and get them hydrated, or fix the RI or try and feed them.
YES, I agree the deaths are in my hands....
But it's not my fault that they where sick and the owner wouldn't send money for the Vet.

I'm done with this bs thread..

I'm getting real tired of answering the same sh*t 24/7 it's repetitive and no matter what I say there's always going to be people like you who have something in they're arse and always have something to say.

We tried everything we could do...
And apparently it didn't work.
We don't like watching snakes die.

I take pride in my animals and how I care for them, but then again ahaha I really really don't give 2 sh*ts what you think or anyone else for that matter.
Everyone is entitled to they're own opinion!

Anyways this has been fun, if anyone has anything not repetitive to ask I will happily reply.

I applaud you for showing what type you are I got to say good job on your own character assassination.
to all forum members please be advised Alexander haung is not someone to loan to all the bold parts of his retort to my second post in this thread show exactly where he will stand if there is any issue with your animals no matter is the problem existed before or after loan he does not care for animals because they are not his. If they were to get sick in his care or before they are well you are out of luck because he wont pay for help because he only has money for his own collection. he should not be trusted in any loan to take care of his responsibility once the animals are in his care

This is just a bunch of he/she/he/they/we said crap and doesn't really belong here. Both parties have no evidence to claim either side and " The witnesses " mean nothing!

The only thing that was proved here, is that neither parties should be keeping reptiles!

Gordan what are you going on about? The snake's health is not his responsibility. You are trying to pressure him into thinking he has to break the bank to care for someone else's animal.

Don't send him a sick snake in the first place and if you do, pay for the vet bills. It's as simple as that. As he mentioned before, he doesn't have the money to take 13 animals to the vet. Do you assume he has money laying around?

Why are you not chastising the OP for not wanting to pay for his animals? And instead directing the blame at Alex who shouldn't be held responsible for another person's mistakes?

I was in AZ visiting friends and Brian happened to be there so we met up at Tom Crutchfeilds and he gave them to me then.

Alex,
Up until this post, I assumed Brian had sent a package to you with these sick snakes in it and you were surprised to see what you saw AND THEN were unable to pay the vet bill.

The above quote makes it sound like you saw the snakes in person before taking responsibility for them, correct? If you saw the poor condition they were in, and you knew you had no money to care for them (vet), why did you accept them?

These are snakes Brian got from Crutchfield and then passed off to you?

Both individuals are accountable for the death of the snakes! Throwing stones back an forth will not bring them back. Bad decisions were made, if I was the owner, I think I would of chosen to pick up the snakes and take them to a vet for treatment. After all how far is Mesa from Tucson? Less than three hours traveling time! Or, Alex could of returned them when he couldn't get medication and money for the vet. I would of chosen a couple of different ways to handle the situation rather than to wait it out.

Either way, both of you have to deal with the long term fall out from this BOI.

Snakes

From reading this thread the snakes should have never went to Alex or anyone for that matter. Why would Alex take them to the Vet if the owner tells him not to. It would be crazy expensive to take all those snakes to the vet and most places need you to pay upfront so Alex would be out a lot of money
How hard is that to understand?

Perhaps you misunderstood me. The owner should of picked up the snakes in Tucson and then should of taken them to a vet of his choice! He lives in Mesa, it would of been a easy trip.

Your flipfloppy posts are difficult to decipher without reading them repeatedly. Your punctuation skills are extremely lacking. I find it difficult to take your posts seriously. Perhaps someone could help you at the keyboard?

I wish I had more time away from the animals to sit down and detail this all out. I have little proof on paper, but plenty of people know of this deal and those listed participated in it. Colten Jones, Bobby Bruce and Kelly Mathews all in some part or whole visually watched me and or handed Alexander Huang or heard the deal between us about my snakes. The deal was for Alexander to breed for me while I was gone vending shows during 2013, and if need be, 2014 as well, and for this he would receive half of the clutches he produced using MY animals.

Yes, I know I'm an idiot for not making a contract! I don't need opinions on that. I thought Alex was the right choice and he was not.

I loaned Alexander Huang these snakes between January and April of 2013.

1.0 Adult bredli carpet python
1.0 Super pastel butter
1.0 Adult spider double het axanthic hypo AKA true ghost
0.2 Adult axanthics 66% het hypo
1.1 Juvinile 100% het desert ghosts
2.10 Adult 100% het VPI axanthic dinker group all resembling trick/hurricane/blitz animals.
0.2 Adult 100% het Sunrise ball pythons (new recessive not proven yet)
0.1 CH adult chocolate ball python.

I have sent texts to Alexander, I have called Alexander and I have Facebooked Alexander. I have asked for my animals back numerous times over the last 6 months and he will not give them to me. There are other lies, back stabbing and other animals that were taken, but the big list says it all.

In all of this, Alexander sent me 3 animals to sell that didn't fit within the projects we wanted to do: baby argentine boa, rosy boa and a licorice rat snake. These were sold to fund the purchase of a highlighter jungle male from Bryan Hummel's line (which I had in the works until I smelt fish on Alex's end) and a pair of inland carpets, neither of which got bought. So I do owe him some snakes and/or the value of those, but thats not going to happen until I have my animals back.

Alex would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for the fact that I have been working towards making a true ghost ball python for myself for FIVE YEARS and I want that project back!

Just wondering why two juvinile snakes are on a list of snakes intended to be bred.

Just wanted to chime in and say I work for the Humane Investigations department of our Humane Society---there is something in the law called "duty of care", making the person who has physical custody of an animal responsible for that animal's well being...under the law BOTH parties would be prosecuted--the legal owner of the snakes for refusing to sanction or pay for vet care, and Alex for failing to either provide necessary vet care or make other arrangements for the snakes....

Shelley, could you please look up and cite the exact law that you are referencing?

It seems as if Alex was supplied with Baytril:
Parrot lady, I asked him if I could take these snakes to the vet and his reply was Batryl will fix all the problems and he told me it would be to expensive.
Colten Jones also told Kelly and I that the "Dinker project" was sitting in his car/camper/RV OR whatever he had at the time with no heat and obviously no food or correct caging.
Kelly and I got them in a styrofoam cooler all stacked on each other.
He says he diligently and frequently notified the owner of the condition of the snakes:
Every time a snake died or was getting worse Kelly and I would call or text Brian as well as with Colten but not as frequent.

An offense which you say is prosecutable must have the elements clearly spelled out, I'm just curious as to the particulars of the law you are referencing.
