Hi, i have a male alexandrine for rehome. i have a DNA certificate that guarantees his gender. he will have black ring on his neck when he matures.
he is 1.5 year old and tame since he was hand fed.
I regularly spent time with him.
He is a bit independent which is typical for alexandrines so he does not require too much attention compared to other bird like african grey and cokatoo. . however that doesnt mean he can be left alone for long. he enjoys human interaction and love to be around people. his wings are trimmed but its growing now. he is not used to flying around so there is no need for wing trim. he comes with a big cage. he doesnt scream like other birds. there are times when he makes sound but nothing comparable to other birds. he can be handled like step up, occasional touching his back, and he feels comfortable staying on shoulder, but he is not a cuddly bird.
