Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He repeatedly tried to change his order to get a better deal and/or more snakes. I shipped him a albino red sided garter and a blue puget garter on Tuesday and they were delivered to his house Wednesday morning at 8:33am. He texted me at 1:32pm to tell me fedex dropped them off and someone might have stolen them. Then he said they may have blown away in 15mph wind. He asked if i had any kind of insurance which i don't insure packages that are stolen or blown away because he wasn't there to get it. Last night i was woken up by an email alert saying he did a chargeback stating the item was not received/delivered. I thought it was funny when he asked for only half of his money back. I almost beleived him up to that point. The rest of the details are in the screenshots. Since he initiated the chargeback he has stopped responding to my texts.

Speaking more generally regarding this issue, I am probably going to start skipping the warnings because lapses have getting a bit more frequent as of late.
 
That sucks, hope you don't get screwed and get your money back. In my experience, anytime I've gotten and email or text with such horrible grammar it's a scam. I'm always very wary of that.

They need to be uploaded as attachments, not embedded as links, as years down the road the links may go bad. The attachments here will always be here.

The fedex info says it was delivered to Fresno TX not Frisco TX. Have you contacted fedex to make sure it was actually delivered to the correct address?
 
Fedex must have been wrong about fresno, the packages last stop was Addison TX which is almost 4 hours from fresno but only 19 min from frisco. Unless the time stamps are incorrect it had to have been dropped off in frisco but I would still call fedex just to be sure.
