    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm very interested in purchasing some animals from Aline Reptiles. The animals look very healthy in pictures and are beautiful for a very reasonable price.

I did a fauna search for Aline and found a thread with a few great replies in the first page but the rest of the 8+ pages was drama over some chameleon that I couldn't bring myself to read even out of boredom, but this was last posted in in 2006.

Has anyone had some recent transactions with Aline? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
 
not a big deal

I recently responded to an add on ks for a pair of uroplatus sikorae for only
100$ SHIPPED but thought it had to be bull. they had three pics of three outstanding males. i emailed them and told them I would like the third one pictured and asked for some pic of the available females. he emailed me with
females that were close to what the male looked like. I asked why so cheap
and they said we just want to get rid of them. i figured for 100$ lets see what happens. when i made the paypal payment they made a double payment. two 100$ payments. right away I contacted the credit card comp. and told them to cancel one of the two payments which they did.
Everything was good and they said we are shipping today. The animals showed up right on time and they were very active, leaping right out the deli cup at the first chance. upon inspection neigther of the two look like the ones i picked out and they were slightly smaller than the ones pictured.
Like it says , not a big deal considering i got a pair of subadult sikorae in good shape, for 100$ shipped. they even have great pattern just not the high yellow from the pic. I am not pissed at all about what happened I just wont ever do busness with them again.
