In short , Last weekend Sunday the 16th of February I was kicked out and banned from the local reptile swap. The lack of owner Scott Smith on a word of mouth accusation from Ariel Cudia (for reference on who Ariel Cudia is http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/forums/showthread.php?t=99565&page=1 ) told me I had to leave the show because I contacted Ariel with a text message after he specifically told us not to contact each other for any reason due to an altercation we had on October 5th of 2013. With no evidence whatsoever Scott told me that a friend of his for 15 years had seen the text message and that was enough for him to tell me to leave. I found this to be interesting because 3 months prior on November 1st I contacted Gail Watson who is an employee of the show to voice to her that Ariel didn't pay any attention to Scott Smith's request of us not contacting each other and continued to harass me via messages on FB (Facebook).

Ariel continued to harass me with NO response to Ariel's threats,made up accusations and bigotry for quite some time after as depicted in these following photos.
Knowing I'm Mexican his racist intentions were to offend me with this
After presenting Gail with these photos she told me she would speak with Scott to see what they could do about this matter. I received a phone call from Scott saying " I don't want to hear anything from either side again and if I did both of you will be booted for 1 year from the show " which I thought was strange because I presented photographic proof to all of the happenings and they presented word of mouth witnesses who are all ironically people Ariel hangs out with . I figured whatever as long as he doesn't bug me anymore it'd be fine to coexist without problems.
from October 5 2013 until Sunday the 16th of February 2014 I was present at every single show with no altercation other than a few dirty looks from Ariel and his group of kids that he always has around him at every show. At the show on the 1st of February I stood directly in front ,couldn't have been more than 2 feet, of Ariel's table speaking with two breeders that were selling crested geckos on Ariel's table (people that had purchased their breeders from me) and Ariel didn't have one word to say to me. Not a look , not a gesture , nothing. So I thought he was finally over being petty.
On the 16th of February I showed up to the show with a box of geckos and as I walked in I saw Ariel and he said nothing to me outside of the show. I went to hold a vendor table for a friend who was on his way and had purchased the box of geckos I had with me. When I set my box of geckos down on the table quite a few customers from Ariel's table walked over to see what I had as well as a couple of other vendors. After seeing this I'm sure it sent Ariel into a fit of rage and thus his made up threats that I supposedly sent were given birth and told to Scott. I yet to see ANY LEGITAMENT PROOF at all of me contacting Ariel at all throughout the entire situation after being asked not to by Scott Smith. So the only conclusion I can come to is Scott Smith took Ariel's side on this situation entirely based off of word of mouth and due to the fact Ariel puts money in Scott's pocket by paying for a table at every show.

. I guess when you act like an idiot you don't even realize who you're asking for help. So as it stands the All Animal Expo not only lies for it's vendors but also harbors the rules that if you're competition for another vendor you will be thwarted from the show if they decide to make up lies and have a cast of supporting actors. We'll see how long a show like this lasts .
