If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for you to have the animal shipped back to us for a full refund of the initial sale price. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. If animal arrives dead on arrival a signed of a delivery confirmation will be needed for full refund and picture of animal.
