    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I only read the first ten pages or so but my advice to you guys he has sent bad checks to is file criminal charges, writing bad checks is a criminal offense, he may be in a differant state but Id still try, in IL writing a bad check and not making good on it is a felony, once you file charges there will be a court date set, most likely he wont show, if that happens there will be a warrent issued for his arrest, make sure that warrent finds its way to NJ police

also if your going to file charges do NOT take partial payment in anyway shape or form, if he owes you $500 do NOT take a $50 check cash it with the promise of another $50 check every month till its paid off, the reason I say that is once you enter into a payment agreement and take a partial payment in most places the criminal system will no longer intervine, if all he ever sends you is that first payment and nothing else in most places thats it your screwed, from there it becomes a civil matter its no longer a criminal matter since youve entered into an agreement

Jason is giving you good advice on how NOT to let Al jerk you around.

Take a step back and re read what he posted. You should be thanking him, not cussing him out.

it was kind of a weird coincedence, that i got that payment, and saw that post. but the paypal deposit was in there two hours before the post on here. so i guess i owe dum an apology. but you did pretty much tell him how to get out of prosecution. :shrug01: :shrug01: :shrug01: anyway im giving allen the chance to make things right. and i will post the good with the bad. im hoping for the best. i truly believe hes tryin to do right. will see soon enough. :yesnod:
 
Well, Al is reading this thread right now. So if he didn't know he was screwing Chris by sending that partial payment, he does now.

I'd imagine paypal will let you refuse a payment, so that's what I'd strongly advise Chris to do.

HELLO he was telling everyone how NOT to be ripped off by accepting a payment agreement with Allen.News flash you just DID what he was telling you not to :rolleyes: .I guess you like $400 instead of the WHOLE AMOUNT OWED to you :eek:

Chris, you owe Jason an apology, not "buts" about it. What he posted is general knowledge. I'd imagine Al knew about that loophole looooong before Jason posted about it.

settle down people no money was accepted, its still in the paypal account. im not going to accept it, its to risky jasons right. does anyone know how that works? can you leave money in the account like in limbo, or does it need to be refused. hmmmm.
