    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Need to add another name to his alias list:

That's the name he used for one of his "references" that he said I could contact at [email protected].

After I had been told my animals were DOA. Tim just happened to contact me and tell me the following:

hey i need some help. i was going to do another trade with allen but we
were going to do it face to face since i was going to be in his area
for work. he said that was fine and gave me this address" 913

and i stop by the house and its got wood on the windows and is all
rundown but i still nock and no answer a neighbor comes out and i ask
them if they know where he is and they told me noone has lived there
for 4 years. an old woman use to live there but died. she said her son
allen comes by every once in a while and gets mail and stuff. she said
he was there yesterday to sign for a couple packages. she asked what i
needed and i told her and she said hes not the kind of guy a person
wants to get mixed up with. i asked her where i could find the allen
guy and she told me last she heard he stays in the " bad " parts of
dayton and springfield. she also told me the whole time his mom lived
there he was always in and out of jail. if i would have known that i
was dealing with a crook i wouldnt have tried to do this deal. sorry
this is so long, but i was just wondering if u have a phone number for
him i remember u said u were going to do a trade with him

Allen also told me in an email that he had to see his parole officer, after the animals were DOA, didn't mention being a criminal beforehand...

But I kind of think those were to try and intimidate me since I said I would drive out there. My wife has family there one of which happens to be cop in Yellow springs about 17 miles from New Carlisle.

Not sure anybody will know the answer but what are the legal steps we can take now? I have family in that area and sent Allen an email with the info from this extensive thread saying that I would come pick up mine and Sam's animals so that they could be returned to the rightful owners. I told him at least that way I could post that he did the right thing and returned them. I figure if I go I'll take my wife's cousin the cop with me ;)

Thanks for all the work you guys did. I was nervous when I posted the thread because death in shipping does happen. I didn't want to be harming a guys rep because he didn't provide me good pictures but felt I had to post something about the transaction. Appears to be quite justified now.

With the lengths he's gone to, and all of the aliases and such, I'd be willing to wager that you guys aren't the only ones he's ripped off, or would have ripped off. Good call on the thread.

One nice thing though....he's obviously not very good at it, and has left one heck of a trail of proof behind.

Not to mention pics of himself, I love that....note that if you look thru the pics, the name of most of the pcs are "matt1" "matt2" and such, so I'd guess his real name is Matt.

And with tats like his, he should be pretty easy to ID. ;)

The way I see it at this point your best option is to return my animals to me. If you do so I will post to the thread about you in the BOI that you did the right thing and returned them. Since you don't own a clown there isn't really any chance I'll be receiving one is there...

I am still willing to drive there and pick them up along with the other animals you stole from Sam Leam so that I can return them to their rightful owners.

By the way, threatening people with legal actions over animal trades isn't smart. Because anyone with logic knows that there are no legal repercussions regarding the trading of live animals. If you just " trade ", and the other person doesn't send there end of the deal. It's just too bad, and the law enforcement will take you to take it to small claims court. In which a judge wouldn't care about the case, and you would spend thousands in court costs, plus lawyer fees and processing fees.. not worth it, for no outcome, eh? lol

I see that as a far cry from threatening you with anything.

Allen since we can all see that LAWReptiles is reading this thread why don't you post here? Here before everyone I'm saying that if you send my animals back to me Tuesday I will post that here as soon as they are unpacked. If I haven't posted here Tuesday anyone can feel free to contact me. I won't just receive my animals and then never post the outcome.

Also be warned that when/if I get a package from FedEx I will have my camera out taking pictures of the box and every step of opening the box because right now I don't have a lot of faith that anything will be in the box and if they are I'm not sure what condition I will receive them in so I will be doing my best to document everything so you can't later accuse me of lying about what I receive.
