    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone, just catching up on the thread here. I'd like to state that I don't know who this guy is. I cannot say that I've never sold to him as anyone who knows me knows that I'm terrible with names and could have very easily forgot his name. HOWEVER I would not give anyone a reference that I do not know exceptionally well as those references come back to reflect on me.

I have not been back to my office today as we are still very very busy with the buildout of the new building, thus have not been able to check my email records for anyone of the 12 address that he was apparently using.

Come Monday I'll check my records and post here to see what I find.

Another email from Matt. Looks like I have his answer. I'm not waiting till Tuesday. I will be calling my local police department to see what they want me to do to get this report filed.

This guy is unbelievable. Lurking around here and not having the guts to say anything. On top of that accusing us of being the bad guy that did him wrong. What a world we live in.
 
Well, my boyfriend and I were playing on going up to some Ohio reptile shows (we live in WV) and now we know who to look out for when we finally do go. Terrible this has happened to other people. I personally haven't bought a snake online yet (always in person thus far), but the sites I have seen always had a "must return snake for necropsy" policy and other policies along those lines. It's awful and I hope he gets some type of punishment. I also laughed at the "good guy" post that's a few above this one in the forum.
 
What a piece of work, all his pictures in the various photobucket accounts seem to be disappearing...I guess the game is over and he is tucking tail and trying to run, doing a terrible job since that pink shirt will stand out in a crowd. :rofl:

I have plenty of screen shots from his photobucket account. Even close ups of my animals and of himself. A few other people have done the same as it was expected he would be removing them.
 
Anyone else notice that on the "good guy" threads where he praises himself...he's always the one who "reluctantly ships first" but it turns out great? Pretty lame attempt at setting himself up (in all his incarnations) for being a guy you can trust in a trade.

The thing that concerns me most about this...is that the animals in question are almost certainly alive....but when push comes to shove, he will most likely kill them just to prove he has dead animals. :( It's a no-win situation for the animals.

Here's another email from Matt. Now he wants me to go to this place to "talk"? Who is threatening who? To address the issue with "malnourished snakes, heres a pic of the ghost male and mojave male. The mojave male had just shed and was not ready for his first meal.

I told Matt I could hold on to him and get a few meals into him first but he said that was ok. The ghost male has eatin twice but only on rat pinks. Both are in no way malnourished. I was kicking myself all day when he told me the mojave didn't make it only to find out this guy lied.

BTW he has yet to give me his "new" address.

If you do go, make sure you have an officer with you. It doesn't sound like this guy's all there, and desperate people are hard to predict. I don't want anyone getting hurt. He's angry he's been outted, and now the story's gone from him apologizing to calling others scammers. Does he not realize that threatening the lives of others can get him into even more trouble than he's already in?

I hope he drowns in a tidal wave of Karma. It can't happen soon enough.

How does he intend to show these snakes arrived DOA with no bodies? They're in the dumpster, the field, and the drainage ditch, right? I wouldn't doubt that he'd move his collection off to a friend in case the authorities show up so that it does look like he has no snakes, since now the tone of the replies is getting more and more desperate.

I hope for his sake that he just owns up to it, sends the animals back to their original owners, and goes on about his life far away from the rest of us. I mean, does this guy honestly hope to sell his snakes produced online to folks who have access to this forum and specifically, proof of his lack of integrity?
 
He is so confident that nothing can be done. In my opinion there is more than enough evidence to get a judgement against him for the value of the snakes, if not criminal charges for fraud. Between the emails, photobucket, PMs, known aliases. What more evidence could you possibly want?

Theives rarely keep the merchandise, so him not having the snakes is hardly proof that they are dead. He SOLD them!

I can't wait for this dude to go down.

You keep trying to turn this back on the "dead" animals you received. You know the easiest way you could have proven they were DOA? Pictures. Before this ever made the BOI, all I asked for were decent pictures from which to identify the snakes. I offered to drive to Dayton (not as a threat) with replacement snakes.

Whether the snakes sent by Sam and myself arrived alive or dead your emails still make you a scammer. The clown I was to receive is owned by another bp.net member and isn't even a female. So obviously no matter what happened with shipping you can't provide the animal I was promised in trade. You've repeatedly said you have no snakes, so what did you plan on sending out Monday to Sam? The emails I was given as references were your other emails. The thread that showed up on the BOI about you was also written by you. If there is anything going on here that's less than honest it's fully from your end.

Now back to the dead snakes that we have all seen in your photobucket accounts. From the beginning the best way out for you has been to return the snakes in good condition. At least then we could have posted that you had done the right thing in the end. Remember my wife's cousin that I told you about before we ever agreed on shipping? The one that is a cop 17 miles away in Yellow Spring, I will be contacting him to see what my options are. I've also contacted a lawyer. If you'd like the firm name and associate name you can PM me.

I know most prefer not to see any editing done here and I fully understand that, but is there any way the thread title can be changed to include the aliases so others dealing with any of his myriad of names will find this if they search for thread titles on him?

I hope he sends the animals back to you two alive and in good shape. At least then he can save some face and might not end up a total pariah in the BP community. Otherwise who's he gonna sell those babies he wants to produce to? Local pet stores? LOL Do the right thing, Allen..Matt..whoever you are.
 
I hope for the animals sake that he does sell them to a responsible owner. I just hope he doesn't kill them use so that he can have two bodies to show. At this point I don't expect my animals back and I could care less about getting any monetary compensation. I just want this dirtbag to get whats coming to him. We'll see what the police department has to say about this.
