    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Rich is a GREAT guy to work with! Good communication and even better customer service. Box he sent me with my roaches in it was damaged by the post office, and I had a pretty nice loss. Even though it was NO fault of his own Rich replaced the roaches for me. Again the PO lost the package for 5 days and when the new roaches showed up they were 100% alive! Just showing that not only does he take GREAT care of his clients, he also has awesome feeders! I would not hesitate for a moment to use him again. Good guy and good experience all the way around (except the post office part LOL)!
