    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They are more expensive than rodent pro mouse for mouse BUT if you average in free shipping AND the speed they get here and the customer service I would rather pay the extra 10 bucks than deal with rodent pro. They all go here 100% forzen. The pinkies had tails, hands, feet, and other extremities all intact.

American Rodent Supply/Brian Hahn are fantastic. I have had many orders shipped to me at very low rates via Greyhound and the orders always come rock solid - even in the summer heat. Several months ago I tried an order with another company that was a tad cheaper and was very unsatisfied with the results - the rat order came partially thawed and the mouse part of the order was frozen as one single messy block of 50 mice. ARS rodents always come packaged well and it is easy to remove one rodent at a time for thawing. Anyway as you can tell I am a VERY satisfied customer.

I too have ordered from them. Being as though I spend over 100 bucks on feeders, the free shipping never hurts :D

ARS=Good Guys!

I've been buying from ARS for a couple of years now. The rodents always arrive frozen and clean. I generally buy from ARS first unless their out of stock on something and I'm running low.

I ahve about 25 snakes give or take and it was 121 for everything. 100 lg. mice, 100 lg. pinkies, 50 fuzzies, and 50 crawlers. I really like them 10X more than rodent pro.

I just completed a transaction with ARS on a set of their new acrylic displays. I have been wanting a set for a while and saw theirs on sale and figured I might as well pick one up and see how I like it. I have seen them on a few other vendors tables and they looked well put together so why not.

I put my order in yesterday around 11am figuring that I would be able to get them in 2-3 weeks. I didn't see a time frame on there site but this time seemed standard. The online ordering was easy and uneventful, I received a conformation email and went back to my day.

Around 2pm I noticed I had another email so I checked it out and it was a UPS shipping notice. I thought to myself "I'm not expecting anything". I checked it out and it was from ARS and scheduled for the next day (I like 1 state away so ground shipping times are quick). Are you serious??? Same day shipping on a set of acrylic displays? I am impressed.

Well today around 1pm I got my displays, a whole 26 hours after ordering them, and they are sweet. They have one of the most well built cases I have seen and the displays are flawless. This is a true professional set and the price is at or below any other new sets I have ever seen.

A+ on this one for sure. :thumbsup:

For 121.00 and some change (including the packing fee) we received the following:

100 Pinkies
100 Fuzzies
100 Crawlers
150 Small Mice
50 Medium Mice

That's double what we've gotten ordering elsewhere! Add in the free shipping and that makes for a great deal! The process was completely painless and and we got exactly what we ordered very high quality rodents fully intact and all! The snakes are eating them really good. We highly recommend American Rodent Supply!

I've ordered from them on a few occasions. When I can't make it to the shows. The packaging is always excellent and the rodents are top quality. Never any blowouts or smelly rodents.

Awesome Biz

These guys are great- I got an 8514 rack system that was the first to have clear tubs- my gilas and beaded lizards love it. I paid almost $3K for it shipped and feel the quality is top notch. IMO they beat Freedom Breeder with higher quality and industrial strength. I plan on getting display cages and after reading this about their rodents- may shift my rodent needs to them as well. I would buy ANYTHING they sell.

I too give high praise to Brian! I placed my first order with them just last month. Super quick communication via email and placed the order over the phone. Everything was super smooth. My order of 700 total rodents arrived in two boxes, still frozen completely. I will definitely order from them again.

I purchased my first ever F/T rats and mice from them at the Tinley Park NARBC show they have great customer service and I am only going to buy from them.

Like I said earlier, Brian's a good guy. I just ordered some of next years food this past week, and UPS lost one of the packages. Brian got it squared away same day, and sent out a new package today, no questions asked. :thumbsup:

ARS fantatstic

Thanks to this BOI thread I recently became aware of ARS. Placed my first order Tuesday, shipped Wednesday, arrived today. Can't ask of faster service than that. Professionally packaged, completely frozen but not in a solid block, like some other places. I definitely have a new rodent supplier.

Thanks BOI, thanks posters and thank you ARS.

Just received my first order of frozen rodents from Brian/ARS, and I am quite impressed!! He took time to answer all of my questions, and his shipping was FAST!!! The packaging was great, the price was right, and he ensures that the customer is happy. I'll be having all of my feeders shipped from him in the future.
Thanks Brian Hahn/ARS!!

I placed my first order from ARS as well and my rodent came in excellently. I also wound up with some extra stuff I didn't order. I spoke with Brian who told me not to worry... I will definately order from them again...
