Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

We ship only to your nearest Fed-Ex hub for the safety and well being of the animal.
Ship Mondays and Tuesdays only.
We guarantee live arrival unless there is a shipment delay by the carrier.
If there is an issue with an animal or it’s DOA you must contact me an hour of arrival.
All animals are healthy and are eating consistently on frozen/thawed items. I am not responsible or take refunds if an animal does not eat once it goes to its new home.
