    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I have a male pastel 100% het. for hypo and I can’t really decide what kind of female to pair him with. I’m fairly new to ball breeding to my knowledge of the ever expanding world of the morphs is limited. So I’d like to hear some suggestions from the all of you who maybe have more experience, who a great mate would be for him. Thanks so much.
 
A normal, 100% het hypo female would be a good place to start. Keep in mind, it's generally thought that you don't want to breed to a female whose morph is more valuable than that of your male's. If you haven't already, you should try playing around with the genetic wizard (http://www.worldofballpythons.com/wizard/).
