• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I will try and make this short, I knew Andre when he lived here in San Diego, as most of you know he lives in SC now, well i did a trade ($240 value on my part) well over a year ago and has still not sent me any money or snakes, for past month he has been saying he will ship me some snakes and week after week i get nothing! anything i could do about this matter? anyone have a phone number i can reach him at?

I did a trade with Andre a couple of years ago for 3 high white cal kings. He used the cheap deli cups and failed to tape the lids down and two escaped enroute.
One was just loose in the box between the stryo lining and the cardboard, but the other was gone. We settled on $60 value for the snake, but he never bothered to send it either.
He even had Rich Z. contact me a year later because he owed me money. I emailed him after Rich contacted me, and never heard anything back again. I don't know what that was about, it's not like I'm difficult to get a hold of by email.
I chalked him up as irresponsible and won't bother with him again.

Anyway, the only number I have for him is 864-261-6064. Like I said though, it's been two years at least and possibly three, I'd have to look, so I'm not sure if the number will be any good now.
 
First off let me say that I am very good friends with Andre and have known him for several years now. He is one of the most honest people I know. I called and spoke with him on the phone Friday when I saw this thread. He has given me his side of the story. And there is more to Julian story that he is telling. Andre has actually sent you several shipment of snakes to which you have returned because they were not to your liking. You have to remember that Andre breds his own stock and so if you dont like what he sends you then you have to wait. If you dont want to wait then I would suggest that you email or call him. If you dont know his info then i suggest that you look at the thread he replied to in the "show forum".

As far as Andre's animals THEY ARE OUTSTANDING STOCK! He has some of the most beautiful snakes that anyone out there has. I have seen all his stock and have some of them myself.

Clay I have no idea about your transaction with Andre but I know that he has been a very busy man lately, maybe it has slipped his mind about what he owes you.

Andre also said when he gets time he will be posting on this thread

All in All I think if you give him a chance he will make everything right.

I have also seen his snakes and owned several and they are great no doubt about it, i don't see why this is being brought up here in the first place i never mentioned his collectiong being bad in anyway.

I don't know if you understood wrong or if you are making this up but Andre never sent me several shipments of snakes let alone one, if there was a shipment i would have been happy with it because he knows what i like, and he breeds what i like!

Andre and I have have been in contact via e-mail and talked about the matter, he was having personal problems, sent me an e-mail but there was a problem and i never recieved it, for the people who e-mailed him saying i bashed him or whatever, i never came on here saying he was a bad guy that rips people off and also never even said anyhing about his collection. So this past week has been a big mix-up and my apologies to Andre i know he will make things right even well after a year :lol01:
