    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Did they give you a reason why they were terminating the investigation? I'm sure that if someone would have had $2,000 worth of electronics, stolen from their car, the cops would've been all over their asses.

Probably because it's a snake, they don't give a damned. Unfortunately, it happens all too often. They don't care you lost 2k..."it was only a snake".

If they didn't give you a definitive answers, as to why the investigation is not still going on (lack of evidence, blah blah blah), I'd contact the Sheriffs office. Or call the police dept/sheriffs office, in Andrews town.

I would imagine that the investigation is concluded because Andrew actually paid the other people back so there was now, only one case. And, in that case, Andrew did actually send him an animal just not one who survived. Makes it a different issue all together once he paid the other people.
 
So irritating and I don't even have anything to do, with this situation.

Hopefully, this thread has completely ruined Andrews reptuation and not only will people never buy from him again, but also that any self respecting breeder/hobbiest will never SELL to him again.

Well regardless of this being a couple few years ago, I'm glad I took the couple hours to read this book. Andrew contacted me wanting to buy a snake and now that is not going to happen. Buyer or not, no way in hell I am doing business with him. I'm so sorry for all that had to deal with this, not deserved, no excuse for it at all.

I didn't even read the thread, but I came to that same conclusion from the first page. The fact that his girlfriend was apparently in jail for a day was a huge red flag for me. People that talk so casually about them or their loved ones being in jail are not people I want to do business with.

I'm glad people are finding this thread before doing business with him. Even three years after the fact, the BOI will continue to haunt the bad guys! :)
 
Any resolution? I know this is a few years old , and all. The fact is this is a large sum of money, the seller walked away with and he is had been attempting to buy. He should be paying back the op. Maybe bumping this to the top will help the op get some resolution. Nobody deserves this especially in this economy.
 
I have personally purchased a few animals from Andrew and never had a problem until the last time with the animal being sick. It's interesting to read this thread. I also believe Andrew will be on the new show on A&E called wild transport so hopefully the op will be able to get payed.

Seeing as how Andrew has owed money since Dec. 2009 when the snake he took money for and shipped was delivered dead, I think it's safe to assume that he's had ample time to reimburse Mike V, the OP. Maybe he did, maybe he did not. Mike has not been back to update. Did Andrew address the issue of the sick snake he sold you?

Being that "skeptic" is an unfortunate component of my DNA (lol), I have to wonder about your timing in posting here 5 years after the fact and plugging some new lame show Andrew may be on.

Just makes me think about those other 2 stellar guys that were on another channel. Robert Keszey and Robroy MacInnes from Glades Herp Farm. Yeah, remember them? Role models to follow and to base a TV show on? I think not. Same with Andrew. I think not.
 
Laura he did admit there to be something wrong with the snake when I arrived at his house after a 3 hour drive but that was about it. And I just found it funny that he's on a show about shipping animals and yet had all this stuff happen with shipping a animal.
