    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have a separate thread on Drew that I started because I wanted to know what to do about a situation.  I didn't give his info in the topic title and thus, if someone does a search by topic title to find out about him, it may not show up and I want to warn them through this separate thread.

Drew Kosdi - now of gator reptiles since he has moved - is not worthy of your business.  To quote a well respected person in this business who emailed me privately to express his concern after reading the previous thread: "You got hosed big time".  I responded to this with "yeah, i think hosed would be the appropriate word.  but you're right, i stood in front of the faucet and turned my back and dared him."  And another email from another well respected person in this business: "He knew that animal was a beat up fresh import." and "That guy Drew is a jerk and he should have his ass kicked for taking advantage of you."
Yeah, I know now that I should have trusted my instincts which told me that Drew was not trustworthy, but I didn't.  And, I "got hosed big time" for it too.  I believed and trusted Drew because he said he had "20 years experience".  I thought that after 20 years, he would know what a snake in perfect condition was.  So, he either lied about how long he has been around and doesn't know an iguana from a corn snake, or he just lies to make money.  Either way, stay far far away from him.

It is really hard to put in terms how I feel about this post. I really think you have serious problems, not with your deals...., but in your head.
You mixing everything together, denying facts, and talking out of your .....ss!
Please let me introduce myself: I'm Andrew Kosdi sr, and I newer-ewer had anything to do with you. I don't know you/thanks God/and you don't know me.
The person you dealt with is my son Drew Kosdi.
He definitely made some mistakes, but the biggest is making a deal with a very insecure, unreasonable person, like yourself.
There is three person live in Florida with a same name pal, and you had a deal with the forth one.

what??  ok, now i'm really confused...
ok, let me get this straight...
i made a deal with the fourth out of three people with the same name in florida.  first, second, fourth?  right?
and what facts am i mixing up?  i posted the emails word for word.  how can i mix something up when i post something word for word as someone else typed it?

and did you just admit that your son made some mistakes in this deal?  because that's more than he could do.

ok, the only thing i got from this is that you go by andrew and your son goes by drew?  and you both sell under the business name "gator reptiles".  if that is the case, then the only thing i mixed up is junior and senior and i didn't even know about junior and senior because he never signed his name junior.  so, for that, i do apologize.

so, i assume that the email [email protected] is you, and the email [email protected] is your son.  so, if that is correct, i'm sorry.  i searched the classifieds last month and came across both for the business name gator reptiles, so i assumed that since they were both gator reptiles and both under the name of either (and i don't remember if this is right or not) andrew or drew kosdi, that they were the same person.  so, again, if i mixed that up, i'm sorry.  there was no way for me to know.  one of my good friends is named andrew and i and everyone else commonly call him by andrew and drew.  my name is jonathan and people commonly call me jon (actually, more so that i hear jonathan).  so, again, honest mistake.

and as for your attacks on my personality and mental stability, i'll just leave those alone because attacks and counterattacks on personality have no merit here and just serve to undermine the facts.  if you would like to discuss how i handle myself and my mental stability (or your perceived lack thereof), take it up with me privately.  my email is below.

oh, and not to be picky, but in the response to my other thread when i asked for advice about this situation, it was "Drew" who responded under the account name of gatorreptiles.  now, under this thread, it's "Andrew".  so, are you both using the same account?  or are you in fact the same person (one of three (4)) and you're trying to shirk responsibility?
this really has me confused...

oh well.  i guess i'm done with this.  i didn't sign on for [iI]this[/I] situation when i contacted "drew".  it's a little too deep...

again, thanks for the lesson learned.  i'm used to paying for school, so i guess in the end, it was worth the $60...

John I read the other posts and the only thing I can see he might have lied about was his weight other than that I don't see a problem but try to make it right if you can

Update

I just want to make an update about what really happened.
I had a 2000c/b Guyanan male red tail boa. I told him every way I can/and sent many pictures/my snake not 100% and priced him lower then normal $250. He said this is too much, but ready to trade a 7 mo old BRB one on one for him.
We shipped on the same day.
The next day he called me about my snake weight. He told me he want to keep him. I was very busy, and told him I will call him back later but he immediately started a tread about me on this board, and the same time he sent me a e-mail. He wanted $150 cash on the top of the trade, and he was threatening me every possible way he could/still wanted to keep my snake/
I offered him no cash, but two baby snakes/a 2002 Colombian red tail, or a 2002 Halloween phase amazon tree boa/
He had no case to claim anything, but I wanted to solve this peacefully.
He refused the extra babies, because he's not working with COLOMBIANS and AMAZONS.
Then he asked to trade back the snakes on my expenses, plus wanted $60 for his troubles. Of course I refused this ridicules deal. He wanted this trade, he was responsible for the extra shipping cost, but I gave him one more offer.
We split the shipping and trade the snakes back.
He said ok, but now he wanted the extra baby snake to clear my name on the board. At this point I refused to send him anything but his BRB. Then he finally agreed to send my snake back, but ask me to purchase his BRB for $150. I didn't want to do ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM ANY MORE, so I just sent his brb back to the address he gave me.
What of course he had a problem with the shipping too!
Accused me to put the snake in a damaged box, and the shipping company opened it as a suspicious package due to Sept. 11. Otherwise the snake arrived healthy and unharmed.
Then he posted a new tread with my name, and included my father name too.

you said the snake was perfectly healthy with the only exception being a bite on the back that would heal up in a couple of sheds.  so, i went ahead with it because i trusted your judgement of 20 years experience even though the pics told a different story.
well, when i called you, i said i wanted to trade back.  you said you had to go take care of your dog and that you would call me back and we would discuss it later.  you said to hold on to it until we talked it out.  at that point, i began thinking about what i should do.  i didn't know.  so, i posted the SITUATION (not your name) on the BOI and asked for advice.  i never named you beyond your first name.  your last name, company, or even where you live were never brought up.
the reason i asked for $150 is because i felt the snake was worth about $100 and the $150 would bring it back up to your asking price and make it worth keeping.  makes sense to me.  you NEVER offered the snakes.  matter of fact, you said you were GOING to offer the snakes, but then withdrew the offer one line later in the same email.  and like i said in one of my other posts (in hindsight), why would i want another broken beat up toaster?
i asked you to trade back at your expense BECAUSE YOU LIED TO ME about the weight of the animal.  you also lied about the health because it's skin was in horrible condition.  very dry and brittle.  it sounded like it was flaking off.  if i had sent you a brb that was in "perfectly healthy condition" but in actuality showed up with it's head split in half, you would accuse me of lying too.  and you would want me to fix the problem at my expense too.  wouldn't you?  and i didn't want $60 for my troubles, i wanted $60 to cover shipping because... (here it comes again) YOU LIED!
i finally agreed that we trade back on our own expenses b/c i thought it was the only way i would ever get anything out of you.  then i shipped the animal and you didn't.  i was real worried at that point.  then came the next shipping day, again, no shipment.  finally on the third shipping day, you got it half way right and actually sent the package.
i didn't ask for the baby colombian to clear your name, i asked for it so that i could resell it and cover my shipping costs.  but, in hindsight, i'm glad i didn't.  who knows how that baby would have showed up to my door and if i had resold it, it could have made me look like a bad guy if the snake had died.  and also, i couldn't honestly sell a "letitia PHASE" colombian BCI (can you say... misrepresentation?  i can, there is NO SUCH THING as a letitia BCI, they are BCC).
i later asked you to purchase the brb because i didn't want another snake in my possession that had been through your hands.  plain and simple.
someone saw the thread that had purchased from me before and knew the quality of the animals i sell and that i DON'T LIE about my animals and he said he would purchase it for $150.  so, i sold it to him and had you ship to him.  well, after the snake arrived (after not being shipped the day you said you would), i contacted him to see how things with the snake were and he told me the story of the shipping problem.  i just retold the story i was told.  airborne express confronted him, he told me, and i confronted you.  again, plain and simple.
i posted a new thread because i wanted to warn everyone about you, just like everyone else on this site does.
what kind of a person am i?  well, i'm NOT the kind of person that lies and intentionally misrepresents an animal!
oh yeah, if that animal is CB '00, his health is seriously declining because he would have to be in good health to attain that length and now his body fat reserves are gone and he is on his way to deaths door unless something is done to get him back into health.  i had a lot of thoughts going through my head those few days, the main two were do i keep it or do i send it back.  i thought about the declining health of the animal and i didn't want it to die slowly in front of me and have you do the same to my animal, that's why i decided on a trade back.
oh, and your communication needs some improvement.  when we were making the deal, you always responded promptly, after we made the deal, it was a serious pain in the butt to get ahold of you.  you need to work on that.
anyway, i hope i am done with this thread.  you can come on here and attack me all you want.  but everyone knows what happens when people don't have a leg to stand on in an argument, they resort to insults and telling people they have problems in their head, that they mix up facts, talk out of their ass, are confused, simple minded, and that they need a life.  they don't stick to what really happened like the fact that
