• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Hi all,

I wanted to express my total satisfaction with Andrew Hermes of Arizona Tortoise Compound on my recent transactions with him. I've purchased several leopard tortoises from Andrew and all were extremely vibrant and healthy. They have all settled in well in their new enclosures and all put on weight immediately. There was no "careful" time with these babies, as you can tell they had the best care available before they were shipped.

His customer service was top notch throughout the process and he was incredibly patient with me on getting him payment. He even held the two tortoises I wanted before I could get him payment. I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you are considering Arizona Tortoise Compound, I can confidently say you will be glad you decided to go with him. Truly a breath of fresh air in the pet industry.:yesnod::thumbsup::thumbsup:
 
Hi Byron. I personally have dealt with Andrew from ATC over the years and have been totally satisfied with everything I have purchased. I have also been satisfied as a seller dealing with Andrew. Great guy to do business with. My advice to anyone looking to do business with Andrew and is reading these threads.. "If someone does not have a personal experience to share about Andrew just please disregard it"... It does not matter!

It seems to me that Joe is deliberately trying to create little side dramas to take away attention from the real issue here from the Bad Guy thread written about ATC. Here is a quote from someone who definitely, and sadly, has personal experience:
