    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just want to give everyone a heads up and a thank you to Animal Plastics at the same time.

Bought 2 T8s from them...Initially some of the best customer service I think I have ever had. However, the order was 10+ days late even after the initial day "quick ship" guarantee that they advertise. I had to eventually initiate all follow up communication concerning the delay situation. However....they did have a major power failure just after the new year and apologized for the increased delay (I understand they are running way behind on non quick ship orders to the magnitude of several weeks).

For my thank you to AP...Your end product is amazing and the super pro-active recent email makes up for previous lack of communication issues. I will be definitely ordering a lot more from AP in the future!!
 
I currently have an order pending with these nice folks. If all goes smoothly, they can expect more orders from Exotic Pets in the near future.
 
I have a couple cages and a rack from AP, which I like a lot. Good products and good customer service - I will most likely buy from them again too...
 
I will say the only issue I've had is lack of communication on their part but the final product is excellent quality and definitely worth the wait!
 
AP is tops on my list for customer service, of allll the reptile folks I've ever done business with. Ali is on top of things. I make sure to order my new housing well before I need it, and have always been pleased with the final product.

Last rack I ordered from them had to be shipped on a pallet via truck. I had the warehouse hold it for me to pick up, rather than have their poor driver have to get to my house. When I got there and we unpacked it, it easily fit into the back of my suv. All that extra space taken up was packaging and cushioning to make sure the rack got to me safely. Fantastic. I've never had to send anything back because of damage.

Looking forward to getting a few cages form them soon.
 
Animal plastics is top notch. All my racks are from them and its all I will ever use. As long as you go in knowing the racks need to be ordered ahead of time, you won't be disappointed. I had one rack arrive with a broken panel and Ali was very quick to make things right. Stand up people with great products.
 
Order your caging WELL in advance of needing it. Delays happen! I purchased a T8 from AP awhile ago and am so happy with the quality of cage. Ordering from them again VERY soon! Nothing but quality from these guys.
 
Just purchased a T8 from AP as well, and couldn't be happier with the quality and customer service. Their caging is top notch, and I will be ordering more in the future. :thumbsup:

I have had many transactions with Animal Plastics. I have had their products shipped to me, and have also picked some up in person. Either way the transactions went very smooth. Customer service has always been top notch. If you have any questions Ali is a wealth of knowledge and can help you get your animals in the right cage/rack. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
 
I love my AP racks.
They are sturdy and well built and I can't say anything but positive things about them.
The people at Ap are super and Alli is a hoot to talk to!!!

I don't have an AP cage yet, but I'm in the process of getting one and Ali has been extremely nice, approachable and helpful. :D Can't wait to see how great the cage is.
