In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

In my opinion this transaction with Scott is over, it's been over since he posted that first post on Fauna. When he sent me the email he just reconfirmed why I don't want my Daffodil going to him. Sorry, she's my first morph, and I've grown attached to her. I'm not going to send her someone who just snaps like that on me.

The problem is that he "snapped" after you decided not to send the python. Had it been before I could agree with you. But it wasn't.

Regards.

Alan, that's the only way that I've seen to make your profile private.
I have put in for a cancellation request and according to myspace, it'll take up to 48 hours to cancel.

Please allow 48 hours for cancellation to take effect. Thank you.

Just like you don't want us to hold your sarcastic remarks against you. Well it works both ways

I guess you have a point.
I would like to wait until she's healthy though, I'm supposed to be treating her for parasites both internally and externally. I need to figure out what steps need to be taken next.

Why would you need to treat a CB albino BP for internal parasites?

Was this one housed with imports?

IMO, Scott should forget about the snake. If it needs to be treated for internal and external parasites, there is too great a chance of infecting his collection.

Yes!!

I'm sorry, I hit the submit button by accident.
I took this picture of her yesterday. It's not a very good picture. I can only take pictures on bright days because my new camera isn't very good at capturing pictures any other day... they always come out blurry.

She also appears to have some scars and there are a few scales that have turned a darker color. The picture's not very clear, but you can kind of see them.
Is this a sign she could have internal parasites too?

She was not housed with the new ones, but their enclosures are right by them. I do not remember if I've told you guys this, but I did let someone locally pick the babies up. I feel I have too much on my plate right now and need to take care of the ones I have.

I need to go back to the vet. I have not as of yet, it's been about 7-8 days.

PerfectPetPython: thank you for the opinions guys.

You're right, I am inexperienced and probably shouldn't have jumped at getting more wild caughts again. I do house my snakes seperately, but I don't house my babies seperately, because I don't have my boaphile's in yet. I should have just bought captive bred and waited to get my boaphile racks to house them individually.

So do you keep them together or not?

I need to get ready for work. I have to be to work at 4 and it's now 3:15. I won't be back until tomarrow early morning, around 2am. I will not be able to reply until then, please do not think I am ignoring this thread.

I house my babies together, I do not house them with the others. The babies are kept in a large enclosure, the others are kept seperately in an enclosure by them, in the same room. But after handling the babies for pictures, I did not wash my hands in between handling a few others, including Daffodil, for pictures.

What others? A morph like this sould be housed alone, unless breeding.

Anne, I appreciate you posting that pic, but there is nothing to prove that was taken yesterday. At this point, I don't know if it really matters. :shrug01:

You admitted doing wrong before, have you gone back and fixed those wrongs?

I can not even spell should. Dang!!

She is still saying that this snake is not housed alone, as it should regardless.
As for it being housed with imports, if she wants a clean slate, it would be wise to fess up now.

I think what she was trying to say is the albinos were housed seperately in the same room as the imports, which the imports were all in the same cage.

Well maybe she can give us a picture of this other cage, with the others in it, including this morph. That will prove it was not a lie. BTW, nice picture inside without all that natural sunlight needed before.

Well, that is what you said, right?
