but... Him and Anne cut off all contact a year ago.... and havent talked since that I know about when he kicked her out of his house.... SO thurber is in the clear hes not a scammer he give you what you pay for

Kris, despite our difference's in the past, you chose to be honest and I truly appreciate your post on this. You are right on all accounts. You've obviously realized that the intelligent way to go about it is to do your homework before attempting to submit it.

We had plans to be business partners, she moved in with me, and it took about 3 weeks for me to catch her talking on the telephone about doing some bad things and I asked her to leave. That's a big coincidence ... but since when does it matter if someone says they know someone when in fact they had dated that person? Sorry but at least he acknowledged he knew her why is it any of our business if he had dated her?

I may not post much (almost non existant) but being that i work graveyards and have alot of time i read just about everything posted here in the BOI and i can think of more then a few posts where peoples names have come up in bag guy threads or good people have backed bad people. Should we now link bad guy threads to good peoples adds simply because they have had a past association with that person?

I call for a Vote of confidence! Bill acts like a bad cop.

Jason, there was a pretty good chance that your previous post would have been the last one for awhile. You stated your case and should have left it at that. It is very unlikely you're going to get a vote of confidence because few people have done business with you. I questioned Bill about posting your relationship with Anne and ended up agreeing with his reasoning. So my vote is proceed with caution.

Show me where I put you down in anyway, I simply posted the info that you used to be connected to Anne. Was that info wrong? Nope. Did I call you a scammer? Nope. Did I tell anyone to not buy from you? Nope. But you want to turn this into a mudslinging contest, good luck with that.

As a glider breeder who deals with hets, I must say that my reputation is the most important thing in the world to me. I sincerely hope that my past dealings with Anne does not come back to haunt me for the rest of my life. I trusted the girl. I considered her a friend. She took me for $5000. Fortunately, I was able to recover the money with the help of a lawyer. Just because I did business with her a while ago, I hope no one ever accuses me of selling "hets" that are not what I claim them to be.

I have bought leu het gliders from Jason and they proved to be exactly what I paid for. One leu het male proved himself to be a true het with his first breeding. Did Jason get a little defensive in his posts? He certainly did. Do I blame him? No, I certainly don't! If anyone EVER implied that I was a scammer because I once knew Anne, I would also become extremely defensive. I am sure that any of you would. Jason admitted that he once dealt with Anne. He has never tried to hide that fact. To throw that into this thread at this point as new information is highly insulting. It was only meant to insinuate that Jason is shady. I can vouch for Jason and his "hets". His animal are beautiful and healthy. I have never heard of anyone that has purchased from him being dissatisfied with the animals they bought. I would consider the post made to be a personal attack on his character, and I know I would not take that well myself.

Please show me were I attacked his personal character, I didn't. His connection to Anne was brought up earlier in this thread (see quote below). I recognized his name from his ad and linked it to the info provided in this thread. I am truely glad to hear he is selling true hets and is not associated with Anne anymore. If he would have replied and said he didn't have a connection to her anymore from the beginning, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

Well my main thing was that "How's Amy doing" on his add was a little inaproproate (IMO). But hey the world would be a bland place if everyone had the same opinion So i'll just end this by saying happy holidays

At the time I said that stuff about jason I was bitter we were on each others bad sides.... IDK if we still are we havent talked in about a year.... Thurber is a very good breeder and from Stacie she said that he has sweet babies... So if the breeder has tame babies and knows what they are doing I totaly resecpt it! And with people in the glider world I dont want drama with them.... And so what I said in the past doesnt matter some stuff was true and some was rumors..... But all I can say is its in the past.... Anne has proven she wont change over 4 years in the animal world that she wont change and not scam ....

I have been in business for years. Started working with snakes and exotics over 18 years ago. I've maintained a license with the USDA for close to a decade now with not a single write-up (and those inspectors can nit-pick).
I'd bet that if half the people keeping and breeding snakes were subject to inspection, they'd be out of business.

Yes you did using the all to typical and age old tactic of passive-aggression (implication, innuendo, insinuation, etc.). Jason, Bill was simply working on the information given in this thread, if Kristopher had come and cleared up what he posted about you a long time ago, this never would have happened. He was not purposely being malicious or evil....he was acting in good faith that was Kristopher said was true. I understand you not being happy about it, but once again, a simple explanation as has been demonstrated over and over here would have been much more helpful than dragging it all out like this.
