Well after searching high and low, getting screwed over at the last minute by locals for trades, I finally found some Brazilian Rainbow Boa's that I Loved. Will Bird has numerous good guy threads on here and it's for good reason.
He was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions and he was able to ship in a timely matter even though the temps are very low.The lows in both the origin and destination were in the teens, but with some heat packs Will was confident they would make it safely.
I got both snakes in right before the 10:30 AM mark for Overnight Priority shipping. Got both snakes to my quarantine room and checked the temperatures as i opened every bag.
The heat packs were still toasty around 93, the container itself being around 70, perfect! Both snakes were around 61-63 degrees, but very active and flung out of the bag exploring. He packed the container with tons of newspaper and filled the bags with newspaper so the boas could have something to grab onto.
I'm extremely satisfied with the whole transaction and I'm convinced i will be buying from Will Bird again in the future. Pictures included to show just how good of a packing job it was.
When you have business practices like this, it's no wonder he is such a reputable and reliable breeder in the reptile community!
