    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I had a very good experience buying off of their facebook page. I purchased an auction gecko and i wanted it shipped the very next day since holidays make everything crazy. They worked hard to get my gecko out on time and it arrived safely and well packaged. John helped me figure out how to pay with 2 different cards and answered lots of odds and ends questions i had. When i opened my box, i was very pleased with how my auction gecko looked. Then i saw there was another tub underneath with 2 gorgeous little babies! A very nice pin stripe and a beautiful Halloween. Then there was an extra bonus on the bottom! A super spotty red probable female! I understand some people get frustrated with them but they are a big company and im sure they get lots of messages and deal with a lot of stuff. I couldnt be more pleased.
