Listen, I was born and spent the first 19 years of my life on long Island, yes New York. I was about 20 when my parents moved me and my sisters down south following the similar move of some cousins and other relatives. So, in no way shape or form is my comment on New Yorkers, probably how half of you are perceiving it as! I'm just saying that life here is much different, I refuse to even travel back to new york, I hate the people and I will not give more specifics as to prevent myself from getting "bashed" or questioned by anyone as it pertains to why I feel that way. Now that I have gotten that off my chest, I will be copying and relaying both email messages and cell phone texts onto here, once I get home and can figure out how to do and stuff. But for now, I can tell you that, no, this has not been a month long thing and no not 2 days either! Believe me, if it was taking months, i'd have taken a flight to CO to find my money myself! This incident has been going on for 8 days. It began with simple questions about what he had and if he had a particular snake reptile available. He got back to me with prices and a confusing list. I mentioned which I wanted and he made up a entirely new price(cheaper) and I paid instantly. Then, after not hearing that he received payment or anything after a couple days, I emailed him asking if he would be shipping the particular animal and he replied to me saying that we had a misunderstanding and it's not the same animal/same price. Make a long story short, we agreed to just cancel and go separate ways. He kept stating "he would try"! Days went bye, loddy-da, I called PayPal and Visa, they both told me that he already received full payment days prior and had shown no attempt at issuing a simple refund. He claimed otherwise saying that he was trying but funds had not made it from PayPal to his bank account yet and that it took between 4-6 days to do so. Now past that deadline, this guy is speechless. He will no longer respond to messages and I just feel screwed over and scammed! I do not have the time to waste, I am paying finance and have limited credit now, which is needed but being held for no good reason. In one of his messages he mentioned that his wedding was in a week and he would be busy... Not my problem! (I found this, maybe you'd like to see him)

Perhaps I should have realized in the beginning that purchasing a reptile from a lawyer, was not the best idea. Ultimately this led to someone who has minimal knowledge of the animals he keeps, and someone who can only respond once per day, after 6pm eastern time, due to his busy lifestyle!!!
