In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I pick this girl up as a Super Hypo Motley het Kahl albino supposedly from Russo. She has paperwork on the way. I am still very new to boa's and was interested for feed back on her. I have looked online and have not found anything like her. Does anyone know what she may be worth? Looking at buying a sunglow male for her. Any suggestion on future breeding with her?
Thanks!!!

I was under the impression that motley and hypo occupied the same locus....so a hypo motley parent could give one trait or the other, meaning you would be unable to get a super with combined traits.
Gorgeous girl though - based on looks, I wouldn't have much problem accepting the super hypo part...now, if only somebody would dispel what I've read that seems to indicate otherwise, I'll be a happy person with super hypo mots in my future.

Worth dropping Russo a line, with pics of her, and asking for info.

Thanks so much for the info. Like I said Im really new at boa's. I was looking to get a really good starter girl to breed with and I found her! Waiting to get paperwork before I bothered Russo, but I definitely will contact him as soon as I see the proof.

Who did you get her from?

:ack2:
I was hoping to avoid that for the time being, lol, because if it turns out that the combination isn't possible, having the name here would pretty much shut down the thread unless everybody, the OP included, is VERY careful.

As Harald mentioned, she can't be a super hypo, those genes do seem to be at the same locus. You definitely need to get some more info here.

Thanks so much for your help guys! I will be contacting the seller tomorrow and see whats up. Ill let you know any updates.

Thanks for the info Eddie! Alright so if she is not super, is she just a Hypo Motley?
I will try to get some better pics put up tonight with a camera instead of phone pics.

No problem

I would say she's just a very pretty Hypo Motley. I would get more info on her sire and dam... Maybe she's het. for something too?

Good luck with her!

If the hypo parent was a few generations into hypo to hypo pairings, the babies would be pretty nice; and, combined with the right motley, could produce amazing combos. I'd still go with the sunglow (maybe a super :thumbs up: ) for her.

Even if she is not a super, I am pretty excited about her. And I am glad to see some one else think she is nice too! LOL

:iagree:

The only way to get Hypo Mots out of her is to make sure the male you pair her with is a Hypo/Sunglow. If she is in fact het. Albino and you pair her with a Sunglow male you'll get (cold get) a lot of cool stuff in the litter...

Sunglow Motley
Hypo Motley Het. Albino
Albino Motley
Motley Het. Albino

Super Sunglows
Sunglows
Super Hypos Het. Albino
Hypo Het. Albino

Talk about something for everyone!
Could really be a fun litter!

I still haven't picked a male for my Hypo Motley female Het. Albino...
Well I have, I just change my mind every time another project changes...

Here's my girl... Just figured I'd share :D
I really love this girl and I love how much she changes with each shed!

You could also get hypo mots by pairing her with a motley. I wouldn't go that route as you would also get super motleys and super mots are pretty weak and just not worth it to me though.

Yep, just found her on fauna adds. She is just a hypo motley het kahl abino. Got confirmation from Russo. This is not his snake. I will be very interested to see what kind of papers he has for her. I am sure its just a misunderstanding, but I will keep you guys updated on how this all goes down.
