    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

If its MW reptile that makes the racks. I would advise you to steer clear. I had a very bad experience with him, not sure if its the same guy (MW reptile racks)
 
Didnt get me my racks on time, excuse after excuse. Paid him extra , had to ask for a refund on the extra 35$ I paid him three times before he sent it. Racks arent great. Some shelves get stuck, others have gaps. Some of the pvc was scratched. The night before at midnight he tells me he cant wire or give me clips or anything on the flexwatt for liability so I had to buy a bunch of crap at home depot and solder it all. I ordered two weeks in advance too. Just an all around shady guy with a sub-par product.
 
Two of the excuses he used (he delayed multiple times) were "the plastic company hasnt finished the cuts" and "I have a pickup truck, I dont deliver in the rain" after he promised and was paid for early delivery as if its my fault. The bed of his truck will scratch your racks as well.
 
I had a very similar experience with that guy. I ordered a couple of racks, we made arrangements, I was going to trade for them and after a month of leading me on he just stopped talking to me. I could have sold the snakes to other people but I was holding on to them for no reason...
