    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I find that if you reach your hand out to help people that very few of them will cut it off. Most will be glad to take advice and help as long as its not presented in a accusatory or derogatory manner. Its plain to see that Adam is going to stay in the reptile trade whether anyone likes it or not, instead of us trying to beat him down lets try to give him a hand up so he also can be a respected member of the herp world or he will end up causing more laws being instated due to someone getting bit by a mis-shipped snake or some other accident. If we teach him the right way it will be better for all of us and the general reptile hating public.

the only thing i know is i ordered a monolcle cobra and other various non native venomous and i got them if i can get them why would it be illegal so never once crossed my mind about them being illegal. and yes i got them through delta dash and the reason why i never shipped through delta is becuase i thought it upserd to charge people that much money. when DHL will do it for a fraction of the cost and DHL has infact opend one of my packages containing 4 canebrakes and an eyelash vipe and never said anything and still delived it so why would i ever think it would be illegal.

I can only speak for myself, but....well, yes. That's why I chose to live in the state and county I live in. I registered my animals with the law enforcement authorities (which was required), and make sure I have all applicable permits for shows and displays. If you believe that everyone in this hobby/industry does things outside the restrictions of the law, you've been associating with the wrong people.

So you'll follow the rules if it's convenient. Forget that you're risking the health and well being of the employees of DHL.

The one redeeming thing about this is that the BOI is permanent, so all your potential customers that come here will be able to read this thread and determine if they want to work with your level of professionalism. Sieg hial, indeed.

Adam, I am glad that you have learned from your mistake and truly hope that you hold to your word and dont do it again. ( you know everyone will be watching you). Best of luck in your business and i hope to see a lot more of your satisfied customers posting for you. Maybe I will see you selling something someday that peaks my interest.. you never know.

I am victorious in the manner that i win and you loose. i always win and guessing by your quickness to shoot others down you always loose dont you. just trying to make your self feel better by screwing with others uh. and its time that you give it up i relize that i broke the law and will no longer do it it was ignorance and by now learning the difference i will no longer brake the law, i told you i am new to this whole selling reptiles over the internet ive been doing so for only a couple of months and have never ran into any laws pertianing to venomous reptiles so i just plain didnt know now if you and dennis came to me as humanbeings and not assholes then this wopuldnt have turned into the long drug out crap it was. thank you have a nice day

We (Adam and I) were responding around the same time. I'm not trying to provoke him, I was just answering his prior question. His calling of names is provocation. Nick you are so quick to come to his aid yet you seem to ignore when he says someone should fornicate his own mother and that he hopes their path's cross.

Here is a question, what is he going to do with the illegal snakes he has now? He's not allowed to have them, sell them, or give them away.
 
And all along I thought this was an INQUIRY request, fortunately the good folks here on FaunaClassifieds have shown me otherwise.

It only took a few days for someone like myself to find out the real face of the forum, I guess this must be an "elite" groupd of some kind that I am unwelcome to join - if that's the case, then I do not wish to be part of a group who seems to go out of their way to continuously aggrevate those who enjoy keeping reptiles.

I have no further comment in regards to this transaction, and have as much right as you guys seem to have to only say this:

Well dave what should i do i certainly wont kill them or release them what would be the proper thing to do. if i turn them in what would they do with them give them to zoos kill them what?

Dan, I dont have a answer to that question. But there has to be a way for him to make it right. Hmm...cant have it..cant sell it...cant trade it..
I wonder if there are any herp societies in Az that are allowed to take in venemous?
I wonder if there is a immunity law in AZ for people wanting to turn in any illegal reptiles?
Hopefully Adam will be willing to take the loss (the snake) and do the right thing with it by finding out what his legal recourse is with the snake.

Im certainly glad i could be a part of this, But hey to all of you thanks for ruining my chances to ever having a good rep. the thing that you people dont relize is that im starting the same way all of you have from the bottom only to work my way to the top but you make it so difficult for somebody to do so. Why i ask my self i dont know maybe its something ill never figure out, I just hope that one day i dont turn out like your selves. It must be hard to be you guys no friends no nothing but hey at least you insulted me rather well and ever ruined my chances for making a good name for my self. See we all screw up and I learned from my mistakes will you guys? probally not. well i wish you all the best of luck.

Pete, believe it or not most of the people on here ( dave, dennis,terese )and the rest are just trying to make things right in the herp world. Sometimes people come accross with that "holier than thou" attitude but it is not meant that way. People are just expressing the opinions and ideas here. We are here to look out for one another and to help each other. Dont let one incident turn you away from a site that has the best on intentions for all the people in the herp world in mind.

You don't need FaunaClassifieds to build your rep. You do that on your own, and with the people you personally do business with. Fauna's just there to judge you without even knowing you. No offense to those who really care about the business.

I was going to reply to the previous post questioning what he should do but since he has no patience and wants to continue blaming everyone else then I'll just let hin fall on his face. He thinks he is so smart and victorious he'll just have to figure it out himself. As I said before, you can't help those who don't want to be helped. Some people just have to learn things the hard way.

While we are at it, how did you send the Sidwinder Pete? Delta Certified are we? Your earlier claims of knowing the laws you shouild know that the receiving party can be held responsible as well.

This marks at least the 4th forum I know of (there may be others) where you've been on the receiving end of strongly worded helpful advice, and you pull this lame victim song and dance every time. The fact is, you can't stand it when people correct you, and you refuse to take advice. If you would simply take the FACTS in this thread for what they are, it will help you make your next transaction LEGAL... if you don't care about future transactions being LEGAL, then it speaks to your character as well as the other party's.
