    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

For fun i am starting a face book page for long term pet store workers to bitch about their lives.

If you would like to join it look up "Pet Store Workers Anonymous"

You have to be in the pet industry or very similar field!

I worked at a Pet Supplies Plus here in Newark awhile back, it was surprising to me at how little the employees, managers and dm's knew about animals in general, especially herps. It was just a part time for fun job and it really wasn't that much fun!
 
be careful with that idea.. you CAN get into trouble for bad mouthing your employer..

just as people looking to hire you can look at your fb page and choose not to based on your behaviour there (unless private)

I am working at my 3rd pet store. retail is where you can see the best in people, but really see the worst in people.. :(
 
This was supposed to be for people who liked there jobs! haha, too much negativity already, I'm scrapping the idea! nevermind! :D
 
I think alot of it is how you spin the idea. When I bitch about my work, it's generally not fun. It's not a bad idea, not for me personally but, you just got put it out there the way you want others to see it. Just my two pennies!

agreed.. it was the way you worded the pitch.. "bitch about life" for people in a specific line of work, I read that as in bitch about work.. ..
