    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I Have A Older Thread For Getting Started With Fedex (shipping) Have They Relaxed Any Or Are They Still Not Quote Not Shipping Reptiles Unless You Are A Zoo Any New Updates For This.

I'm not sure what thread you are looking at, but there have been several in the past 2 years that discussed the ins and outs of getting the needed waiver. (no, you don't have to be a zoo)

tell your rep you want the reptile shipping waiver - when you get the application, do as instructed

And hope one of the drivers along the delivery route is not afraid of snakes. :angry:

I just got my waiver through fedex. It was super easy once I got my rep on the phone.
The most difficult part was getting ahold of the rep. For some reason they are extremely protective of that information.

Just call your rep and tell them you are needing the waiver to ship reptiles. Mine knew exactly what I was talking about and had it to me within 2 weeks. Then I just shipped the box off for testing. Once you get that back you send the paperwork back to the rep with all the info and he will set you up and walk you through everything.

One thing I didn't get that was mentioned on the other forums was the account number to charge for sending my box for testing. I ended up paying to ship it myself.

Have your rep contact the legal department, and speak with James Brown.

thanks for the advice i had already hung up on the lady she was very antisnake from the get go so she was no help at all. we called a friend in the buisness and he is going to contact his rep and have them call me so that i can do this kind of quick i want to have it done ahead of time i wont need it till next season but i would like to have all my ducks in a row. thank you for trying to help.

Sounds like you need a new rep...and I made a mistake above. James Brown is the contact in Legal.
Leonard Evansek is an account executive...but this sounds like his territory anyway. Email him and explain your situation - he'll get things straightened out.

well after waiting for an email back from fed-ex i was talking to a friend from fauna AngryEd and he made some calls for me and got a name and phone number for my local rep and after talking to my rep not a fed-ex rep(which is what i thought you were talking about Mr. Moore my bad) she was more than awesome and within three weeks i had been through the whole process and am now fed-ex verified to ship harmless reptiles really a painless process once you get your rep on the phone they tell you were to ship your test box that passes then you sign your legal papers done deal.

The thing that struck me as odd is my rep is the rep for all of south carolina and as of now i am one of only two in the state that are verified that means me and one other person in south carolina are verified. crazy huh. anyway thanks for trying to help me Mr. Moore and thanks to AngryEd for the assistance without you i don't know if i ever would have got a hold of the right person.
