    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Anyone dealt with Kyle James

I purchased a het albino ball from Kyle about a year ago. The deal went fine, no problems in communication or shipping I would say go for it.

Kyle James selling normals as "het for albino"

Kyle James scammed us. He sold us 0.2 "het for albino" who turned out to be normals. We bred them to our male High Contrast Albino and look what hatched.

We are not the only ones he has sold "hets" to with the same paperwork. Which he won't send with the animals as he is supposed to. He only faxes a copy before sale and then sends normals with no original receipt.
 
I would like to say for the record that I was simply stating my transactions proceeding with Kyle James, My purchase took place almost two years ago. As shown evidence would render, I would like to retract my thumbs up for Kyle as anyone using these types of business ethics to make a quick buck doesn't belong in the reptile world. This business and the majority of the good people that are in it pride themself on giving great animals that are exactly as advertised without any misrepresentation! It is horrible that one has to raise an animal and care for it with the utter anticipation of producing more great morphs and then something of this shocking magnitude takes place. Simply stated: Thumbs down for Kyle James and his reputation!

First off, there's always the chance that odds weren't in your favor.

Second, why didn't you become suspicious when he refused to send you documentation at the time of the sale?

The original receipt from Bob Clark was supposed to be included in the box with the animals. He faxed a copy of the receipt before I would consider them. He was also to include a signed statement as to his guarantee of their being hets. Refund if they proved out to be normals. He agreed to all this. When money was paid (actually a money order from one of my partners) he signed and cashed it. The animals did not arrive when he said they would. I took off work and the animals never showed. His response was that he did not get a chance to send them but would following week. This continued for a month until he was told send the snakes or charges would be filed for fraud. That is when he finally sent the snakes after saying they had been sent several times. At this point I figured we had been taken, but he had the money and the snakes did finally arrive and I couldn't prove they were not hets. So what could I prove except that he lies a lot. I had to prove them out before I could say anything. No original receipt sent. No signed guarantee as agreed. He proceeded to make many promises of the "paperwork is in the mail". After several rounds of this story he broke contact. Would not answer emails or phone calls. We had no choice but to buy an albino male who could breed them right away. We did and got all normal appearing offspring. At least we KNOW the offspring are hets.
