    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I loved going to the shows there.
 
My understanding from speaking to those that helped put on the show is that he is banned from being a vendor at the Southern Exotics and Reptile Convention. Of course, I like the way these shows are turning out. No venomoids allowed. Escorts for all venomous sales. It seems to be a good group of dealers and I was impressed that so few people would actually sell to Bruce. I was actually HOPING that he would come over and ask me to escort his snakes out. :dgrin:

There was this girl who won the 1,000,000 in the lottery.
She came back home to find detectives at her house.
It seems she was using her DEAD MOTHER"S Credit cards.
And there was more to the story......but in the end.....
SHE WAS ARRESTED FOR IDENTITY THEFT.
Even though the identity she stole was that of a dead person.

I just wish someone would have reported Bruce Eisenmann of Carolina Reptile Exchange.....while he was impersonating his dead father.

I can't believe it

I just can't believe after all the years that Bruce has been getting slammed on the BOI for everything that he has done and still does, that he sells enough to stay in business.
 
Sad thing is, seems like they really appeal to the newbie who's looking for a "really good deal'....he knows how to make his ads sound mighty irresistible for those who don't know better. :(

One would think that his conscience would eventually catch up with him, but I think he not only can outrun it, I think he offed it years ago. Personally, I think he's gonna rip off the wrong person someday.....but we can only hope it's soon.
 
Funny thing is he keeps remarking that you should buy from a real store like him instead of some nobody selling from home.

When I had a couple hets I wanted to sell..... all I said was they were het.
I sent with the animal all original receipts and stuff.

Period done deal.

I did not have to guarantee genetics for life. I just guaranteed the genetics of the animal I sold. I did not have to think about the fact that The customer needsto prove it within two breedings. I did not have to tell the customer what I would do if they turn out not to be het.

I mean if I was selling 100% guaranteed het. I do not need to tell the customer what I would do if they turn out not to be het. There is no need. (anyone else follow what I am trying to say?)

I mean it just sounds weird to me. Pretend instead of snakes we did that for humans.... I Ritchie Luna will be a Filipino. And those Filipino genes will stay Filipino genes for the life of me. DUH

Exactly! None of the well known and established breeders will have that clause in their ads. To announce the buyer will be getting his money back if they don’t produce the visual morph is to state there is a chance they will not ever produce it. The other statement that I find ridiculous in those guarantees is the second breeding attempt clause. Let me state that there might be some that are using it with good intentions but it doesn’t sound good at all. If you start with babies, you are stating the guarantee will be in effect after maybe 6 years have gone by. After 6 years: 1. The seller will still have to be reachable; 2) You will have to demonstrate to him that those are in fact his snakes (hopefully you kept picture ID’s); 3) Both snakes have to reach breeding size/age; health problems can happen and maybe you loose one or even both; 4) You will have to be skilled enough to have them breed for you (not everyone does it); 5) This one is most tricky one: you will have to prove to the seller satisfaction that they mated, laid, and the offspring is all normal. Not just for one breeding season, but for two. How in the world can anyone do that?

I am sure that many of us share Jeff F's laments about CRE's business ethics .... lack thereof ...., and blatant scamming. For every potential buyer that knows of their true reputation, there are likely a dozen of the "newbies", as referred to in another post, that do not. That other big marketplace will also ban advertisers, but it takes a series of complaints that go unresolved to do it, and CRE has themselves in a position such that their TOS will take years to come back and bite them. Certainly such scammers are a black-eye on the business. They are also flies on a mule's a$$ .... they will always be there, and we all know that a "fool and his money .......". One thing that these unscrupulous dealers do is provide contrast, eventually teaching others that there is value in doing research, and going with the reputable breeders/dealers, and CRE serves this function very well. I am all for folks keeping after CRE, and getting the word out whenever possible, but until they are out of business, they continually make the case for the quality and reputation that so many others work hard to achieve and sustain. Probably the only good spin to be had with these a$$clowns.
 
One other thing we have to concede them though is that they have been “intelligent enough” to discontinue their replies in the BOI. It’s been years since either Bruce and/or “Harry” posted in here. Had they tried to explain what was going on it would’ve been extremely easy for anyone to expose everything. In the past some have underestimated what the people in this site working together can accomplish...and it has cost them dearly.

Has anyone either dealt with or spoken with "David Hanners" directly? I am sure this question must have been asked in one of the lengthy threads on these thieves but I do not remember anyone stepping forward with an answer.
 
I saw the photo of the King Cobra. That is an aweful thing to have done to an animal. I do not understand why they would sell you a venomoid, they sell for a lot more, don't they? Maybe they are afraid of being bitten. I got a trio of Gaboons from them. One of them bit a rat 8 times it was belleding all over the place. I finally had to kill it my self after 30 min. I have seen no visable scars. I am treating them as though they are venomous. I am just not totally sure they are. Would there be a scar?
