Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I purchased some animals last month from Jewell and was pleased with all the animals that were sent.  They all were very beautiful and appeared healthy.  Although 3 of the animals died within 48 hours.  We both e mailed back and fourth about what could have caused the deaths of the three animals.  We finally came to the conclusion it had to be the stress of shipping the imports as my care was more than sufficiant.  She offered to make good on two of the animals as one was just given to me as an extra (nice of her).  She said she would let me know when she got some new geckos of any sort and ship them off to me.  I havent heard from her since but I havent tried to contact her either yet.  I think Jewell is a nice person and has beautiful animals as well as good customer service as she always returned e mails asap.  I am going to e mail her tonite to see if she has any interesting geckos for me and Im sure she will make good on her word.  I will keep you all posted on the outcome good or bad but I really have no worries that it will be a good one.............

I purchased a male veiled chameleon from Jewell.  Everything went well.  It was shipped on time and arrived on time.  There were a couple minor things that were not supposed to be.  1st, he had a "kink" in his tail that has never healed and cannot use his tail past the "kink."  2nd is that he was smaller than I expected.  However, over all, I was pleased with Jewell.  The animals were healthy and are still doing well.

Well, I said I would keep everyone posted on this.  As stated in my post above, I did e-mail Jewell that very night only once, and it was returned in a very timely manner.  She was very polite and friendly as she was from the very beginning.  We worked out what the replacement animals were worth and shipping, as well as I even decided to purchase some more animals from her.  The animals arrived today when she said they would.  All animals were exceptional, and gorgeous.  I think credit is most definetly deserved where it is due.  Jewell is a courtious professional and has excellent customer service.  At no point in any part of the deal did I feel I would have any problems at all, and she most definetly carrys herself as a professional.  I would recommend her to anyone looking for a secure honest transaction as well as great animals and customer service.  I would never hesitate doing business with her what so ever.
