    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

hey,

I was looking around the web for leos or balls and I came across mothergecko.com and they have some animals for sale on their website that seem too cheap to be real. anyone done business with them? if you did what was the quality of their animals?
 
Mike & Erica of Mothergecko are great people.  They sell quality animals!! I am not only friends with them but have been in shows where they vendor at as well.  You will love everything you get from them. They have great animals and some GREAT prices.  They are both down to earth people. You can buy with confidence from them.
 
I have to "echo" what Rob just said about Mike and Erika! They are great people with very nice animals....you will never have a problem dealing with them!

Though I have never delt with them, I have e-talked with them many times, they seem nice,courteous and generally care about the animals they keep
I would purchase anything from them with the confidence knowing I will get what I pay for

I met mike at daytona last year, and have since done several business deals with him. He is a great guy.

   Good luck, they tend to die at a year old or so. Heck mine died the week before i was going to breed him.
 
We did a show, not to long ago in Orlando and met Mike and Erica, they are extremely nice people and have beautiful animals which all look very healthy.  I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.  <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
 
I have never bought from them, but have talked to them at shows and through email, have to say they just aren't the type to rip people off.  It's my opinion you'd be very safe in dealing w/ them.  Good luck, Brian Conley

I HAVE HAD A FEW DEALS WITH MIKE AND COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. ONE BALL IN PARTICULAR I PUCHASED
FOR 60$ OR SO WAS HYER-MELANISTIC. IT HAD A GREY BELLY , WAS THE DARKEST I HAVE SEEN AND WAS GORGIOUS. I WISH I STILL HAD IT BUT GOT ONE OF THOSE OFFERS THAT WAS "TO GOOD TO REFUSE".
ON ONE OCCASION MIKE WAS BUYING SOME LEOPARDS FROM
ME. WHEN HE GOT THEM HE WAS CONCERNED THAT ONE MIGHT HAVE HAD WORMS AND DIDNT WANT TO PUT THEM WITH HIS OTHER LEOPARD GECKO STOCK BECAUSE OF THIS.
HE SENT THEM BACK WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL. HE PAID FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO ME (50 OR 60&#036<img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> AND EVEN
SENT ME FLAGYL WITH INSTUCTIONS ON HOW TO MEDICATE
THE GECKOS FREE OF CHARGE !!! HOW MANY FOLKS WOULD DO THAT !!
 LIKE I SAID I COULDNT BE MORE PLEASED WITH MIKE. YOU CAN BUY WITH CONFIDENCE WHEN YOUR BUYING FROM MOTHER GECKO!

Ben...I would have expected nothing less from Mike....But...I think you should have reimbursed him for those return shipping charges, though...don't you?? ....Neil
 
I just bought some geckos from Mike @ MotherGecko, and I paid a fraction of the cost I've put out before on "good" animals, so I was thrilled to get GREAT herps when I expected to be buying only what I paid for. There in excellent health, feeding well, and Mike was very informative, helpful, and great to deal with. I'd recommend MotherGecko to all my friends who look for great deals from great dealers.
 
I have never purchased any animals from them but I have e-mailed back and forth with them a few times about a trade and with a few questions.  Mike took the time to answer my questions and explain a few things to me in reference to shipping geckos.  Just from those e-mails and some of their posts on here trying to help people I would say you should have nothing to worry about when buying from them.   <img src="http://www.faunaclassifieds.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

~I've known Mike and Erica for quite awhile.  We started out doing business and ended up chatting periodically, becoming friends.  We've bought from and sold to each other and it has always gone without a hitch.  Their animals are quality creatures at excellent prices.  Mike is always the good-hearted soul who will go out of his way to help and advise, as well.  My highest praise for two great people!

mothergecko in my opinion  is the safest people to deal with on the internet. there always very helpful if you need anything there allways right there to help.one last note i will be dealing with them again. my first shipment of leopard geckos i got i sat there for about 10 mins and just kept saying oh my god i could not believe the colors of the geckos  there colors blinded me im very happy. I was all ready to jump in and praise Mike to the skies, but I'm nowhere near as eloquent as some who already have and I think I may simply say... I agree with every good thing said so far. Mike and Erica are up there at the apex of professionals in all aspects of the buisness. Their animals can't be beat, the customer service doesn't come any better and they're just generally nice, understanding and very empathetic people.

Mike, I commend you heartily for your contribution as an example of how a vendor should act. You represent a pinnacle others can often only strive to match, truley an incarnation of the positive aspects of the buisness.

Even if I yell at you constantly that leos are crepuscular and not  truely nocturnal ::grins::
 
I recently did a trade with Mike and recieved three cute, healthy and feeding corns. Mike was awesome to deal with and sent a normal corn and a t-shirt as a nice surpsrise along with the anerys I had expected. I'd deal with them again in a second!

I would like to add that i have gotten over a dozen animals from mother gecko (Mike) without any problem. He ships wonderfully and has truely healthy animals. :)
