Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I just purchased 6 Green Anacondas from Mike Williams. He had to have the payment yesterday to ship today. Well I sent him paypal and have not heard from him. I am not jumping to conclusions... yet.

Has anyone dealt with him?

He removed ad for whatever that is worth. He might be out west so give him some time as it's still early there. Was paypal email address the same one your listing?, if not did you email him at both?
 
It was the same and I have emailed him. He has not responded all day. I just found old info on him about doing bad deals, that is why I kind of paniced. I will give him until tomorrow, when the snakes are suppose to be here.

You should do a search here on his name. Seems to be one of those guys that are very common in the business today. He has a few legit deals, a few shady ones, and then some that are never resolved and turn into huge messes with lots of people involved. Care should be taken before sending the money not afterwards.

I was one of the lucky people that ordered from him 2-3 years ago and got the animals. They weren't of the quality I was looking forward too, but they did alright-although it appeared as they had been dropped-shipped from a wholesaler and not him. I wouldn't have minded drop shipped from that importer I just wish I had known ahead of time.

I am kicking my self for not doing the search first. He had very good communication before I bought them. As soon as he got the money he stopped emailing me. He gave me a tracking number to track the shipment after a few emails. The number was maid up... He can't tell me who he shipped with.
Do you have any info on this guy? Phone Number? Location?

I need INFO on this guy. Found an old ad with his phone number, I called it and a man answered the phone and gave to a women she sat down the phone and waited for me to hang up, then I called back and she answered then hung up on me. I really need info!!
 
Is he located in Texas?? Is his phone number 1-361-737-1884???
Any info would be great. He told me he ways from PA and now I think he is from TX.
 
DHL Just arrived. Mike sent the snakes and they are all like he described them. It was DHL's fault on the late delivery, not Mikes. I highly recommend Mike to anyone. He is straight up with his animals he tells you if they have just a slightest flaw. I am sorry for jumping to conclusions! GOOD GUY!!!
 
So...did they come from PA or TX?

I'm very glad you got the animals, but it still smells a little weird.

I'm glad you got the snakes and are happy with them, but this is an experience that most folks would gladly pass on.

Well He was really weird after he received the money but he sent feeding records with the snakes along with their "numbers". He was very honest about the snakes. For an example one was thin and one had a bad eye and so on. As far as recommending him, I guess I felt like a ....jerk for jumping to conclusions. I can't lie he is a little fishy and doesn't tell much info about himself. Maybe it is his past he trying to hide??? He won't even give up his phone number??? But I honestly couldn't be happier. I got exactly what I paid for!

Glad it worked out for you, Chris. Personally, I would not buy an animal on the internet from a stranger who would not talk to me on the phone.

It's easy to gloss over things with email. Quite a bit more difficult on the phone, if you're not shy about asking specific and direct questions.
 
I will never buy like this again, without talking on the phone. It was a good deal and he seemed honest. This is the third time for me buying on the internet with having someone ship. But like you said email talk. I am going to call tomorrow and get more info.

I will keep you guys updated.
Also, I would not send him another dime!!

When I was dealing with Mike it was in the spring of 05. He was supposedly at school in Oklahoma, or at least that is where he had the animals he bought from me shipped.

Probably the snakes you got were order from Steve Taylor at a reduced price for being thin and having a bad eye, and they were sold to you without Mike ever seeing them. and that is why he couldn't give a tracking, and could tell you how he shipped but low and behold they showed up.


The snakes I ordered were this and that, and all feeding on frozen, with data cards, etc, etc, etc. When the boxes got here they were labelled and shipped by Regal Reptiles of Rhonde Island and when I questioned the lack of feeding cards Mike had supposedly forgot to send them and then they got thrown out. Like I said the snakes I recieve were ok, and did fine, and I have bought hundreds of snakes from Regal, but I would have rather known about being dropped shipped to-ahead of time.
