Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone had any dealings at all with a person using either of these names or the email address [email protected] She claims to have all sorts of water turtles but only sent me half of the agreed upon number after being prepaid and the quality of what was shipped was awful. The phone # given is disconnected and no responses to my emails. Please any info would be appreciated Thanks Charlie
 
this is all news to me charlie!! if you were not satisfied, why didnt you email me? as far as not reciving all the turts..according to the tracking #'s you sure did! another thing, i gaveyou a health guarantee( as i do with all my reptiles), clearly stating that a refund would be given if the health was not 100%. even though i do not for one second belive that the turts were sick FROM MY CARE, my guarantee still stands. another tid bit you failed to mention was that to ship the turts safely, i paid for half the shipping out of my own pocket...this isnt a case of buyer beware. this one is purely seller beware .seller

tracking #'s ??? you only sent 1 number which is my biggest problem only receiving PART of the turtles you sold me, I did email you numerous times all of which were returned as address does not exist and I never got any type of health promise but I did not make an issue of that, I do have documentation of everything I have stated so please don't waste any more of my time...just make things right !
 
i cant decide if you are just dim whitted or what. this is getting a bit carried away. in my ad for the turts on turttimes, i specifically stated that the health of ALL my reptiles was guaranteed. and that if any customer wan not satisfied in any way, i would offer a full refund. both boxes were shipped, you know it and i know it.as far as my email goes, why are you stating that it is invalid? didnt you just email me not 5 min. ago? didnt i reply immediatly?
if i am wasting your time...why is it that you keep this up?i am totally fine with (and have offered) to send you a refund in exchange for the turtles. no problems.....

I have the UPS label from the box delivered and a statement from UPS and the shipping center stating ONLY ONE BOX was shipped if you shipped two you need to track it, please refer to your emails to me which list ONLY ONE tracking number, all I want is what I paid for or to be refunded for what was not delivered.

as far as all your documentation goes,i have all the exact same emails. cant you just decide on a date to ship (me ship your refund and you ship my turtles) and get this whole thing done with? you are not satisfied, and that means im not either. stop trying to make it sound like im the bad guy here. ive offered to rectify this situation, just waiting on you to stop all the games and decide when
 
both boxes were shipped, you know it and i know it.

Why don't uou post both tracking numbers in here? That will take care of the issue if they were or not shipped.

Just copy and paste the numbers in here. Also state the carrier. If anyone has any doubt they can track the shipments on-line.

Well, I have heard through personal email from her, she said she is still looking for tracking #,,, I sent a scanned copy of the label from the box... stating one box of one. Just letting everyone know what is going on with this and keeping you up to date. If she finds the tracking number then she needs to deal with ups about the mistake, in anycase a refund for the turtles not received is a fair compromise, no more no less.
 
beware of buyers like me

It amused me that she states "sellers" should be aware of buyers like me...of couse I mean people like me take the seller at their word, prepay for the animals via whatever method is asked, and then I complain....when I DO NOT get what I PAID for. All I want is to be reimbursed for the animals not sent to me PERIOD
 
Bad shipment

Hello. I have been dealing with Charlie for a long time now. I personally have seen the turtles that were shipped to him and I must say that most, not all, but most of them were in bad shape and at least one died within a day of him receiving shipment. I have also personally seen the shipping label stating that 1 of 1 boxes was delivered. Seems a little strange that the seller is unable to come up with "both" tracking numbers but I am sure it is because only 1 box was shipped. I have also had all of the emails leading up to the transaction forwarded to me and everything is as Charlie says. They agreed on (x) amount of turtles as well as on a price with shipping included. The money was sent through paypal. So far so good. Then the excuses started as to why the seller had not shipped yet. This one on for more than a week to the point where the sellers sister sent an email on the sellers behalf stating that they were sorry about the delay and that they were going to refund the shipping cost to the paypal account. With Charlie's permission I will happily cut and paste all of the emails right here on this forum so that everybody will see who is the honest person between the two.

From what I heard from Charlie, She has agreed to refund his money and make things right. The repayment date is the 24th. We'll see what happens. Good Luck Charlie.

Glad to hear that. Were they able to figure out what happened with the lost sipment? Even if she didn't find the tracking number, with a customer number one can track any shipments from a given adress for almost a year.

Hi, this is charlie's wife Gayle :) As of right now she is sending back a refund on the 24th of this month, so we are holding all emails and information we have until her end of the deal has come to a close. Thank you for everyone's concern and for your help in getting this figured out and hopefully it will be over and done with after we receive the refund.
