Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

is on reptibid? Zero feedback, and asks that any questions or pics needed to email him. Sounds kinda "fishy". The way the ads are worded I think it may be Ray Strickland, BUT I sure hope I'm wrong. Any info on this person would be greatly appreciated. :eek3:
 
hmmm I wonder..

Since he is located in pensicola fla it definetely isnt the serpentsden owned by Steve M in Pennsylvania.

He has these listings:

Female Ball Pythons/Captive born $25.00
Pastel Ball PythonFemale03 $500.00
Baby Reticulated Python $25.00
04 Albino Berm $32.00
10 Foot Reticulated Python $23.00

It makes you wonder why he has all these listings with no photos and then states "I will only answer e mails.".

Another thing to notice is this " Serpentsden2000 (feedback:( 0 ) ) " he has never done business on there before.

The last thing to notice is this "[email protected]" He uses a yahoo email account which is nearly impoossible to trace back to someone.

He may very well turn out to be a leginamite seller but i see a whole lot of red flags here. I have emailed him for pictures of the animals so we will see if he can provide them and if so whether or not he pulled the picsa off of someones site.
 
I e-mailed this guy about his pastel female. I got a pic of a hypoish looking snake. Not very attractive either..

Is there any information on this seller? They've now got four or five snakes up for bid and they've got a little blurb saying: "you can email me or my husband" Just wondering if this really is Ray trying to throw us off or if this seller is for real. Don't know if I should consider them or not. Anyone....?

I would stay away.
I'd be willing to bet it's Ray. Let's just say I'm 99.9999% sure it's Ray-Ray!
 
I've seen the ads and they screamed scam. Personally I'd stay far away from any auctions by this individual.

I went by your table 4 times on satuday ( i wanted to wheel and deal) . I was interested in buying the 2 egyptian uros ( 1.1 ?? ) and a pine you had out for sale but every time i went over to your table you were out looking around and your wife kept telling me to come back when i see you around, no problem though and this is definetely not a complaint because you had some very nice stuff on display. You had the cleanest displays out there!! But the show was way to packed for my tastes. Maybe havre de grace will be better.
PM me with the price on the uros and pines. Maybe i can make a road trip out to you this weekend.
By the way, any word on the Gila yet?????

Is it just a coincidence that they both have similar mistakes on the location of their auctions? This is how both of them sign thier location:

Serpentsden2000: plantation,florida.33324
Phantomreptiles: davie fla.33325

Example of everyone else: Port St. Lucie,FL,34952


One digit difference means they are actually in the same district also notice that both of them have a period between Florida and the zip the correct way would be to use the comma. I've not seen anyone else with this mistake. But maybe it's my paranoia. Anyone actually received any e-mails from these people?

I wonder if the people over at reptibid would be interesting in comparing ip addresses to see if a scammer can be found and removed. Someone should look into this and compare, it looks like someone is lying thru their teeth. Not to mention even the way the info is typed is identical. A period between the city and zip is a dead giveaway.

And i sent back some snakes to some scammers.Greg(gm herps) and bryon boas.
Now i'm serpents den sushi.How funny.When all of you brainy acts check the ip address you will find s--t on your faces.

Actually ray, it's not anyone unknown, it's anyone stinking to high heaven, that folks wonder about. Your odiferous reputation not only preceeds you but leaves an unpleasant residue everyplace you've been.

Can you REALLY blame anyone for suspecting that anyone with questionable posts, ads, or comments MIGHT be you? REALLY?

If serpentsden2000 then you have nothing to worry about.

BUT YOUR PAST BEHAVIORS and attitude are very suspicious. I do have emails from this serpentsden2000. I can forward them to someone for a little investigation on your part. In the sender section of the emails the initals are: A M. I have a feeling whos initals they are. Then again it's ONLY a feeling!!

Ray post some pics of the snakes you were selling as phantomreptiles before you were banned. You had how many user names banned from reptibid now?

I lost count after 5. :slamit:
