• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

APTOR X Red Stripe

I tried albeys as well and ended up with too many eggs go bad halfway through, medium was too wet IMO but I'm sure it works well in drier areas perhaps, to each thier own.

No real set in stone method.... just answered a few questions along those same lines. Moisture, explained what the holes in our lids were for and how long they went covered\uncovered during incubation, etc. etc. etc.

Since then though it has turned into more of a 'method' and will be outlined in detail.... Our hatch rates have been near perfect since we've fine-tuned a few silly details :)

Cool , ide like to hear of the method sometime then . I use sealed containers still just less water .

It will be posted in detail on leomorphs.com in the near future.... when i return from vacation & ozzfest ill start working on the caresheet page where i'll outline it.

Well, this subject went off topic fast!
Allow me to be skeptical for a minute (or more if necessary)... most Tremper albinos when they are young will have a reddish colored eye. Most of them fade out and some of them can only be seen from an angle. Can you post another pic or 2 of the red eye and I believe you said you had one hatch with the eclipse eyes? Maybe I am too tired and misread it but if you did, can we see that too Dan?

Gene , that picture i posted is the "Snake eye " of the one individual , his other eye is SOLID red , edge to edge, in light or dark . You can even just barely see the pupil just like in Rons pics . When it is light it is a tiny slit , when it is darker it is wide open , but no matter what the pupil is doing the iris is still red (or half is on a "Snake eye" ). The second baby has 1 normal eye and 1 half and half . Havent even started with pictures of her yet . Yes both have 1 "Snake eye" each . But the male has a solid eye also .

What you see on most Trempers is the pupil itself , and they can be very red , but you will only see that in lower light or on an angle when the pupil is open . With these they are always red and half the eye is solid BRIGHT red and half is a normal Albino eye .

It is the only and best picture i have and was VERY hard to get that one .Wish it was a better pic ,but it is exactly the same as the "Snake eyes" (the RAPTOR Albinos , not the Eclipse) pictured on Rons site .

Ok, now that I am at home and on a larger screen I can see what you are saying about the eye...
