    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Well I decided to finally take time to get some pics of some animals I picked up just before I moved, and some that I had hatch this year that I held on to. They are not great photos but, Christmas is coming, maybe I will get a better camera :D

First are a couple of the male lesser I picked up in 09 just before I found out snakes were illegal where I lived.

Next is the male ghost I traded a 1.2 trio of Leopard Geckos and my cockroach colony for after I decided to take a transfer offer to another city with the company I work for (I made sure snakes were legal here before I moved). I also got an unrelated het ghost female as part of that deal as well. He is going into shed so he didn't want to open up any.

Now the ones I kept.

First is the albino male. He is the second albino from my pair of hets. I let the first one go a couple years ago in order to not have to spend non-hobby money to keep things going. Of course that one was a female.

Then the spider male that I knew I was going to keep almost immediately because my eye's almost bugged out trying to notice if he had any wobble. I guess you could say he has one, thought it is so small so as to be virtually imperceptable.

This next is one of the 0.3 poss. hets. I kept because I was getting a little heavy with the males. This is a bad picture but wanted to see what others thought about that "flame" going up her side near the tail. The other side is even more pronounced but she just would not cooperate for a shot of that side or the belly. I got three out of that clutch that had that trait to one degree or another (2.1). I had to let some of them go so this time I kept the girl. BTW she was from a pair of het pieds, I still have not gotten a pied from.

Finally the bumble bee male. I got a 6 egg clutch from my female spider this last year. 1.1 bee's, 3.0 spiders and 1.0 normal. There again, would have kept the female, but had a local buyer with cash looking for a girl. What do you do. I kind of liked the look of the male better any way.

If I do get a better camera I'm sure I will be dying to try it out. Hope you can get an idea any way.

looking good, but should have kept the female bee ton of males need females to and they take longer to raise. that female poss het pied looks to be a ringer. good luck this year hitting the pied

Nice collection!

I agree, I think there's something going on with that possible het, the pattern around the flame on the tail is reminiscent of the smudged edge markings that you normally see in a pied. Definitely a keeper!
